The best part is how incredibly convenient it is to get to Orange Isle and the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain. With kids, you don't have to wake up early and battle crowds just to see Chairman Mao's statue; the experience was fantastic. 2. **Room details had pleasant surprises:** Although it's an older five-star hotel, you can tell it's very well-maintained. The high-thread-count bedding was incredibly soft against the skin, and for someone with neck issues like me, I slept exceptionally soundly. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with strong water pressure and instant hot water. Coming back after a day of exploring and taking a shower felt like a complete 'recharge.' 3. **Heartwarming service:** The front desk staff noticed we had a child and proactively offered kids' toiletries and a small toy.
