新年的第一條差評貢獻給這家酒店，從沒聽説過酒店春節全體放假依舊接訂單，前台衹剩一個總經理和安保同事打點前台，無專業人員辦理入住手續，從11點半開始排隊，接近2點入住房間，登記完訂單，還需重新排隊拿房卡，況且到了房門口房卡打不開房門。沒有任何一個專業人員進行操作，也沒有任何的負責人出來解釋與道歉，房價並不低，直至退房也沒有一個合理的解釋！大堂特別特別多的人，旋轉門一直有小孩與進出的人出入，非常冷。基本很少寫評論，總歸有一個不得已的理由……在選擇酒店的同時，別人就已經交付了信任給你們酒店，但是感覺與內心期待值太不符🙂

排了兩個小時隊辦理入住，垃圾酒店，早上 賣百多，晚上六百多，前台一個人辦理入住，房卡門都開不了，熱水沒有，沒人幹活就不要開門，錢不是這樣賺的，心黑不黑啊你，祝你早日倒閉。

昨天凌晨和男友入住，辦理入住的時候前台跟我説她給我免費“升級”了房型，把我的單套房升級成雙床套房，我説我不需要升級，我訂的是什麼就給我開什麼，她磨蹭半晌，跟我説單套房沒有了，我説那為什麼預訂的時候沒人聯繫我，為什麼不通知房型滿了？然後在前台等待了半晌，直接把房卡給我，未告知電梯在哪，我主動問房型問題怎麼處理的？她看都沒看我一眼，不耐煩地説了一句給你開的單床。太困了沒有多做糾纏我們去了房間，房間很小，直接就睡了就不多做評論了，房間的窗簾根本拉不上，睡覺透很大的光，難以入睡，我早晨就離店了，我男朋友還在睡覺，而後他醒來告訴我：本應四點退房，酒店兩點就打電話叫他退房，態度極其惡劣，我們沒享受應有的權益我還會在攜程繼續投訴，我不在現場，不然這個服務，我沒有男朋友那麼好的脾氣。

已經是第二次入住了，原因是交通便捷，離我辦事的地方也近，周邊日常生活小商店也挺多的，房間也挺大的，第二訂房時還給我升級了套房，就是早餐比較簡單。
周邊核酸沒找到。
