Overall good. Only issues encountered was one of the windows would not latch so was cracked open the whole time, and the HVAC did not allow the room to get below 24C even in the winter.

前台小楊服務很好，熱情體貼，酒店早餐，中西式都有，特色一點當然就是米粉啦，房間的衞生也很乾凈，配套設施也很齊全，價格也不錯，非常不錯的一次選擇，下次來還會選這裏

1.前台接過我的身份證，問了我的訂單就沒動靜了，轉身給別人辦業務。
2.給我別人房間的房卡上寫別人的房號，被別人莫名其妙一頓罵。整體環境不錯，就是這兩件事讓人很憋屈很憋屈。

床頭一層灰，打掃衞生都不清潔的嗎？在餐廳點餐，一位服務員愛搭不理。定的豪華大床房，感覺和其他網友曬出的其他的大床房沒有什麼區別。

先説好的，房間不錯，位置還行，有停車場，床品也行。再説差的，早餐九點就沒了，感覺就不想讓吃。還有管理很差勁，一大早起點就開始檢查房間，喊的聲音大，嚴重影響睡眠。

奇葩酒店，10.16入住，長沙27度，酒店居然關了中央空調，還配的厚被子，半夜兩點叫前台送了薄被單，白天經理解釋這個季節已經關了空調，要知道高層酒店房間窗户打不了太開，比較封閉，房間裏悶熱得很，是390的房費不配開空調嗎？簡直垃圾!!
