The hotel and the rooms are clean, well designed and comfortable. Optimal position next to the train station. We did a late check in and a very early check out, but the staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. A special mention to ms Xiao Ceng from the front desk: she helped us communicate with the rest of the staff with her excellent English comprehension skills. Furthermore, she answered to all our question about the interesting spot of Changsha with precision and kindness. A true jewel of employees, her boss should be happy to have her in his team！！

Good location for catching a train on the next morning day. Room is. A bit old but clean and quite large for 3 persons Extra bed is not comfortable.

We had to book this hotel last minuite after the utter incompetence of a nearby hotel (Lavande). I didnt really look just picked the nearest that would accept foreigners.
Very glad i did, hotel staff were proffessional, helpful and everything ran smoothly. The room was amazing, great soft bed, bathtub, shower etc. Breakfast included.
It was just an accidental stop off. Its 5 mins from the train station, but would happily spend a few days. Classy and affirdable.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Close to the train station and subway station, convenient for travel. I spent a week in Changsha. Although the weather was a bit cold, I had a lot of fun. Saw the snow scene.
