The hotel has great facilities. Everything was clean. The staff was not the most friendly, for a 4* hotel: I would expect to be greated with a smile. If the customer has a backpack, offer him to sit, as the verification took more than 10m. But besides that a great experience.

沒有暖氣，打電話給前台，來了兩次也沒有整好，加了兩床被子，還是被凍感冒了，早上退房和前台説兩次，沒有任何反應直接無視過去，服務太差，不建議入住！

酒店位置還不錯，旁邊就是宇宙中心萬家麗，距離地鐵站步行兩分鐘，到五一廣場也很方便，酒店的服務很細心，女生用的化粧用品基本都有，文靜很熱心的給我們介紹長沙的景點、小吃。早餐也是豐富多種，長沙特色小吃都可以吃到。是一家性價比特別高的酒店，推薦~ 客服部大姐曹應紅和送水果的曉曉人都很nice

整個酒店環境不錯，離地鐵站也近，設施很新，服務也很好，尤其前台小劉，小姐姐特別熱心，超nice，因為加班急需用電腦，小姐姐都很熱心的幫忙解決，這幾天一直下雨，正好有洗衣服務，洗完烘乾很方便，洗衣房的王阿姨也幫忙送到房間，整體感覺不錯。酒店三樓還有吃飯的，四樓還有足療，玩完橘子洲頭做個足療，很舒服。

設施：很高檔現代，有機器人運送外賣服務，特別是四樓芳療館簡直不要太方便，旅遊回來洗個澡直接去四樓SPA按摩，舒服～～性價比超高，技師手法很好，高檔的服務，平價的消費👍
環境：酒店離地鐵口步行3分鐘，去哪裡都很方便，而且離揚帆夜市很近，我們比較愛吃，選擇這裏真的太幸福。
服務：我們經常出去旅遊，對武漢，西安，成都來説，同等價位，這家酒店是我覺得最物超所值的一家，服務很貼心，我的小管家肖四紅貼心提醒我們出遊注意事項，房間佈置的很温馨，還有李娟，謝成香真的把我們當成自己家人在照顧，身處外地也有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐也很豐盛，因為早晨要趕團車，餐廳服務員貼心幫我們打包好早餐外帶，真的很感謝！這次出遊住宿是我目前最滿意的一次體驗，下次還會再次選擇！

酒店很新，前台小劉服務很熱情，給我們貼心的做了長沙旅遊攻略，酒店離長沙南站很近，吃的也比較方便，不遠處就是萬家麗廣場，吃喝玩樂逛一應俱全。揚帆夜市就在旁邊，有很多網紅打卡小吃，味道很贊，酒店出門幾步就到了地鐵口，出去遊玩非常方便。原本訂了一天的，後來覺得很不錯又續住了一晚，酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔很新還智能化，下次出遊來長沙還選擇這個酒店。

房間很乾凈，空間也大，大堂還有一點淡淡的香味，前台小劉也很熱情，房間贈送了水果。酒店離高鐵站很近，出行也很方便，最主要的是住着很舒服，下次去長沙還會入住。酒店的早餐也很豐盛好吃，這是一次很棒的住宿體驗。
