A stone throw away from Taksin Mall. Good hotel but smokers are allowed on lift corridors which is not ideal for non-smoker. Indoor swimming pool, gym and lockers facilities are top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with many options.

It deserve for the five star hotels.
The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me.

Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale...
but I would like to recommend this hotel.
Next time, I will book this hotel again.
I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again.
Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel.
(I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)

A very nice hotel with everything just fine.☺️I really appreciate the service provided by all the faculty members, especially Lacey Liao, Nathan Yang as well as Kit Cao. They gave me all that I could imagine to make my self at home in such a foreign place. The design of the little robot delivering meals ordered online also impressed me a lot. In a nut shell, it’s really a satisfactory hotel worth of booking.

The room was very nice. We booked a deluxe twin room and were upgraded to a new room type for free. The service butler Yang Xiaoye Nathan was very good and provided full tracking service. You can ask him any questions at any time and he will answer us very patiently. We were also given a very beautiful fruit platter during our stay. The heated swimming pool on the rooftop of the hotel is also very good, and the gym facilities are also very new. In short, it is a very good hotel. The first stay was great! The housekeeper Luo Jing was warm and thoughtful, and the arrangements were considerate. The staff warmly welcomed us when we checked in, helped with the luggage, pressed the elevator, and gave our little friend a small Lego toy, which the child loved!
