第三個晚上 他們大樓着火斷電，我們打電話過去要解釋，他們衹告訴我們他們也沒辦法，然後我們問時間他們告訴我半個小時，但是我們等了整整兩個多小時，期間也沒有主動點電話過來詢問，因為我們點了外賣，之前也和前台溝通過，他們説會負責送上來的，但是後面我們再次打電話讓他們送上來的時候，他們不認了，説什麼12樓她送上來會死的，讓我們自己下去拿，那我們不是人嗎？我們付了錢住的，我們是顧客啊，後面打電話問的時候也沒有提供解決方案，就一直拖，説什麼馬上好，最後一次酒店負責人告訴我們兩個方案一換酒店二賠錢，在我們旅行的時候店來了，我們在等電話等他們打電話來告訴我們他們的解決方法，但是等一個晚上了，也沒有任何電話來主動問我們要怎麼解決後續問題。
首先當晚前台小姑娘態度就很不好，我們也是第一次來長沙，這完全就是沒法比，很失望，不會再來第二次，雖然第二天一早我們和前台小哥提了這個賠償問題，他也及時通知了酒店負責人給我們後續打電話進行賠償，那如果我們不説呢，是不是就這樣過了？
酒店服務這方面還是要在整改整改吧。

房間非常乾淨，也很大，房間內還是乾濕分離（衞生巾、淋浴間、洗漱台都是分開的，很贊，前台服務小哥哥小姐姐們都很熱情，還送了小禮品和長沙帆布袋～而且離地鐵站很近！真的很棒！👍🏻

前台服務人員和餐廳工作人員以及客房管理人員業務熟練，態度友好，我很滿意。酒店位置離地鐵站1號口衹有3分鐘的路程，周邊有很多商店。淋浴設施有些老舊了，夜晚燈光有點暗。早餐很豐盛，大大超過了同檔次其它酒店。

優點：1房間大。2交通方便，4號現1號口步行2分鐘可到。3早餐不錯。4有洗衣機和烘乾機。5服務態度可。
缺點：1衞生條件不好。地面隨處可見掉落的頭髮，灰塵。2馬桶沖水不暢。3淋浴熱水控制不了温度，晚上冷早上燙。4電梯不用刷卡，和一家電遊酒店共用電梯，安全性不好。

酒店的地理位置非常好，在4號線旁邊，走走衹要3-4百米，上哪裡玩都非常方便，房間衞生幹境，周圍有便利店，超市，菜場，衞生間乾濕分離，還給了免費的早餐，很棒的一次入住👍👍👍。
