住了多年的酒店，每次出行長沙的必選。這次體驗感太糟糕，因為帶了兩個小朋友，想讓前台幫忙給13樓的房間，之前12月份去住也是13樓，酒店設施老化，13樓比其他樓層新一些。前台説13樓是行政房，之前可能是因為沒房才給入住，除非自己加價。我問前台攜程金鑽可否幫忙做個免費升級，前台打電話給值班經理請示也無果。晚上洗澡小朋友們拖鞋都打濕了，客房電話沒法直接撥打客房中心，委託前台幫忙轉告，前台一臉不耐煩，嫌我們拖鞋要的太多。看客房服務員遲遲不送，再次打電話催促再勉為其難的送了四雙拖鞋來。早餐品種不多，可選擇的食物少之又少。説我家六歲的妹妹超高，必須得收半價的餐費。説超過1.2的孩子都得收費，孩子們沒吃幾樣東西，物不超值，錢都是小事，這樣的服務體驗實在不想再次多體驗。

是酒店的常住客了，添加了行政酒廊的工作微信非常方便，續住，打掃房間，輸車牌一站式服務，每次Vicky幫我按照喜好安排房間，都能收到Sasa的手寫卡片，酒廊的其他工作人員都非常的熱情，去酒廊用早餐Dora熱情服務，反應迅速，在酒廊有什麼需求都可以盡力幫我處理。行政酒廊團隊是讓我一直選擇凱賓斯基酒店的原因之一。

1.一瓶農夫山泉礦泉水要加收4元，住了這麼多酒店，第一回遇到！
2.設施陳舊，靠街很吵。
3.房間消費品很多，一不留神就容易被迫消費。
4.冰箱就是擺設。
5.一樓廁所，還不如公共廁所乾淨！

周邊環境、地理位置真的好，雖然不在五一廣場商圈，但是也就兩站地鐵，周邊很多小店，不在主馬路，相對比較安靜。旁邊是省委，樓下就有特警，感覺很安全。對面是燕山街市場和友誼商店，還有墨茉點心局和沙利文，買手信方便。家庭房一張2米大床可睡三人，還有一張單人床，親子出行很方便。酒店隔音稍差

早餐真的説，沒有什麼好吃的，酒店有免費停車場，酒店就屬於比較中肯的，沒有什麼出彩的，可以去逛一下步行街，不屬於很遠的，酒店的的燈管本人喜歡，坐在床上不會刺眼睛，長沙的米粉店值得你們去試一下，隨便一家都不錯😊
