The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean and spacious. The rooms are big, spacious and so tidy. The staff are very friendly and provide awesome service. The hotel is by the road side so transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is nice too. 设施齐全，非常好.

大堂有免費咖啡奶茶，設備都很新，前台小姐姐很漂亮超級有禮貌👍👍👍這次來長沙選擇這個酒店真的很明智，周邊有時代廣場吃飯的選擇也蠻多附近就有地鐵出行也超級方便，下次真的還會選擇這家

出差選的酒店，因為近就住了。白天酒店一大早就在施工🚧，鑽個不停，很煩。房間裏的衞生做的也不好，地板黏黏的，馬桶🚽很臭，應該不會再去住了

酒店設備設施齊全，很多免費服務，對於臨時出差的姐妹特別友好，房間安靜、衞生、舒適，這裏不得不誇一下里麪的工作人員港港，很貼心，也很會為顧客考慮，下次如果還來長沙的話，一定找她！！！

位置比較好找，停車位充足，前台小姐姐服務熱情，客房衞生乾淨整理寬敞，性價比很高，長沙客房緊張的情況下有幸訂到一間這樣的房間，蠻開心。周邊有西湖公園，離地鐵口蠻近，交通便利

前台服務熱情周到，衞生整潔。床鋪也很舒適，讓人感覺很放鬆。酒店的位置也很不錯，旁邊就是商場，吃飯非常方便，並且入住都有免費的咖啡奶茶也是貼心，保潔衞生也都很仔細

服務真的很好，特別表揚下前台客服娜娜小姑娘，笑容親和，説話温柔，注重細節。登記時送了身份證透明套，安排入住也詳細介紹房間的情況，還提供衣物免費清洗及收送服務，退房時，我多了件衣服放不下，又免費提供袋子給我，還送了小禮物，確實讓人非常滿意，員工這麼優秀，除了本身的素養，説明美宿的連鎖管理水平也挺高。
房間設施整體很好，雖然是無窗的榻榻米，衹要進房開了排氣扇，並未感到有任何空氣不暢或悶的感覺，還有配洗衣水，這個蠻好，這樣內褲和襪子客人可自己洗。
當然，也有些設施還是温馨提示下:其一:投影機太老，聲音巨影，內容少，有預算維修是建議換極米或大眼橙。其二:五孔插座大部分很鬆，老是插不穩。
早餐還不錯，挺好的，很好的一家酒店。
