Hotel Nikko Changshu

I have always liked Hotel Nikko, and this time I had a pleasant surprise. There are hotel-style apartments, which not only allow you to enjoy the hotel's buffet breakfast, swimming pool, and gym, but the apartments are also relatively independent and can be used by the whole family. It is very clean and comfortable, with a living room and all living facilities.

This time I stayed in a family apartment suite and a deluxe twin room. JAL is divided into an apartment building and a hotel building, and you can swipe your card to access each other. The overall environment is very clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet. The swimming pool is well managed and the bathing is very comfortable. The service response is also very timely. It is a very good hotel.

It's a really amazing hotel, with Japanese management and service, plus Cindy Xiao Shao and Jinx Xiao Wei's thoughtfulness! I was very satisfied with the three days! The suite was very comfortable, and later I added a king-size bed room for some reasons! The whole family went on a trip and came to Changshu for two days. After looking around the hotels, we finally chose the JAL apartment. We were very satisfied with it. We told the hotel two days in advance that we needed to add a baby bed. On the day of check-in, we added Cindy Xiaoshao from the Guest Relations Department on WeChat, and she helped me book the buffet dinner for the next day in advance. The hotel room is quite new and hygienic. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom and one-living room room is very suitable for a family. There is also a fresh air system, and the details are in place. The children went to the children's play area several times and had a lot of fun. The buffet dinner on the second day was also better than expected. Everyone was quite satisfied with the food, but there were many people eating, and the subsequent supplementary dishes were not particularly sufficient. After eating, I wanted to get some hard dishes such as lamb chops, but they were hard to find. Because I brought children, I also gave them a Children's Day hamburger set meal, but it was a pity that I couldn't eat it and it was completely wasted. . . The overall stay for three days and two nights was very satisfactory. It is still relatively convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. After all, Changshu is not big, and the family has a lot of fun~~ Recommended to choose their hotel for parent-child travel! After returning home, Cindy Xiao Shao made a return visit and felt that the hotel attaches great importance to customers' opinions and suggestions. She hopes that JAL will do better and better and have more customers!

I chose Nikko Hotel when I was on a business trip to Changshu. The lobby was bright and spacious after entering the door. The check-in speed was also very fast. Dave was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me get to the room. The hotel is perfect except that the location is a bit remote. I will choose this hotel next time.
