"My stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, even offering to turn on the AC in advance if needed. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere, you can request a room facing Wanda Plaza; if you prefer peace and quiet, they can arrange a room overlooking Yushan Community. Any issues were promptly addressed. In the evenings, there's even a chef in the lobby preparing fresh chicken noodle soup and sweet soup, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-designed, each equipped with a desk and a lounge chair for relaxing. Housekeeping keeps everything impeccably clean. The elevator requires a key card, which provides excellent privacy. The location is convenient, and the facilities are comprehensive. I highly recommend staying here!"

They were incredibly helpful with our baby, never showing any signs of being tired. However, the executive lounge offerings could be better. The Chinese restaurant was good. "Amazing place to stay in Changshu. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well-maintained with a peaceful environment. The overall service, room condition and hotel atmosphere were excellent and it felt like a very good choice for staying in Changshu. As Muslim travelers, one of the biggest blessings for us was that there was a Turkish halal food restaurant nearby in Rainbow Plaza just 15 minutes walk from the hotel. This made our stay much easier and more convenient because most of the other halal food options were around 40–50 minutes away by car. Having a halal restaurant close to the hotel was a huge relief and really improved our overall experience. The hotel location was also convenient and the surrounding area felt nice and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend Grand Rezen Hotel Merryland Changshu to families, business travelers, and especially Muslim travelers who are looking for a comfortable hotel with at least one nearby halal food option"

"Went to Changshu for a visit and chose this hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied, so I booked another day. Let’s talk about the location first. It is right in the city center, very close to Yushan Mountain and Fangta Garden, and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. It is also very close to Yushan City Wall, only 2 bus stops away. As for the facilities, they are a bit old-fashioned, but the furniture in the room is made of good quality wood, and feels like furniture bought at home. There are two rooms in the house, each with a 1.5-meter bed, suitable for family travel. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. It is very comfortable to take a bath when you come back at night. There was no smell in the room at all, which was a pleasant surprise, probably because of the good ventilation. The room faces east and has two large floor-to-ceiling windows. When you open the curtains in the morning, sunlight comes in and you can see the square tower by the window. The windows can also be opened slightly for ventilation. The surrounding is very quiet and I slept well at night. You can park in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us store our luggage. The hotel breakfast is pretty average, mainly consisting of carbohydrate staples such as steamed buns, dumplings, and steamed cakes. There are eggs, tea eggs, and soy milk, but no coffee or milk (but it may be because I went late and didn't get to eat them). However, a buffet breakfast only costs 20 yuan, and there was no price increase during the Spring Festival, which is already very conscience. I was very satisfied with this trip to Changshu and will stay in this hotel again in the future."

"My stay at Vienna International Hotel (Shimao Branch) was fantastic! The location is excellent, convenient for getting around, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was very friendly and attentive, making check-in efficient and quick. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted great; I was very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. It's great value for money, highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one! Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us. Thank you, Hotel Nikko."
