Hotel Nikko Changshu
"The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent, especially from Momo, Kyle, and Ted at the front desk. I had a great stay and will definitely be back!"
H Hotel (Changshu Wanda Plaza)
"Not bad / not good. Average"
Hilton Changshu
"Great stay at Hilton Changshu Longteng. Sarah at reception was exceptionally helpful and kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room complimentary. The breakfast spread is abundant, fresh and delicious. What’s more, they provided us with a value-added service of late check-out."
Fairfield by Marriott Changshu Hi-Tech Zone
"The TV couldn't cast to any devices and only had about 6-8 channels. I'd also mention that the toilet in our room was only semi-intelligent, meaning it wouldn't flush automatically when you stood up. The soundproofing was truly terrible; you could hear the vacuum cleaner in the hallway crystal clear from inside the room, which was incredibly noisy. The air conditioning blew out air with an unpleasant odor, and there was no razor in the room. The quality of the slippers was also very poor. It was a scorching 30-degree afternoon, yet the hotel lobby, clearly trying to cut costs, had no air conditioning on and just left the doors wide open, relying on natural breeze. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options. Again, to save costs, the air conditioning wasn't on, so eating breakfast in June felt incredibly hot. As a 4-diamond hotel under Marriott, this was a huge disappointment. I will absolutely not choose this hotel again when I visit Changshu in the future."
Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel
"The staffs and concierge services are extremely helpful. Breakfast, Gym, Room are all good and definitely will come again, its also the choice of hotel in ChangShu."

Changshu Zhongjiang Dekin Hotel
"As an old star hotel, it is really affordable to book it at more than 300 per night! Very cost-effective. The service is not bad, the room facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is average. The breakfast is OK."
Mehood elegant Hotel
"The front desk staff, Xiao Dong, upgraded us to a larger room when we checked in as a family of four. As soon as the kids walked in, they immediately exclaimed how happy they were! It was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance."
MEHOOD ELEGANT HOTEL
"It was acceptable 👍🌹"
Changshu International Hotel
"Good one nice 👍"
Floral Nanhu Qingzhu Homestay
"There is not much hope in a narrow road at the door. I didn't expect to have a hole after opening. It was really "the wine is not afraid of the deep alley." The moment we opened the door was really amazing. We set three rooms in total: pillow flow, four courtyard, Liuxi Pavilion, each room has a different name style. Said to be a homestay, hard and soft decoration is definitely a hotel specification. Pillow flow: Personally think this is the best and most beautiful, bathtub room. Four-time courtyard: This is a one-bedroom and one-living room with a yard, and it is also a bright feeling of eyes. Liuxi Pavilion: Although this room is a room, the room is large and comfortable. The room has intelligent voice function, the toilet is inductive, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The proprietress is warm and kind, butler-style service, responsive. The sound of chickens, ducks and geese outside the hotel, and the lake pavilion, have a special flavor. The overall experience is very satisfactory, especially the existence of cost-effective explosion."
Yushan Hotel
"This is an old hotel that opened in the 1980s. It used to be a state-owned guesthouse (of course it was later restructured). It is located at the foot of Yushan Mountain, opposite the Tomb of Yanzi. It used to be high-end, but now it is not expensive. I tried it. The old decoration from more than ten years ago is a bit outdated, and the service and reception are a bit Buddhist, especially because the outdoor temperature is 25°+ at noon and the room is a bit stuffy with the sun shining from the west. I found that the air conditioner could not be used and thought it was broken. I contacted the hotel and they said that they had uniformly disabled air conditioning, saying that it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioner in this season. They didn't even provide ventilation function. So I was stuffy in the room with my children for the whole afternoon, and it didn't get cooler until the sun went down in the evening. This is the first time I encountered a big hotel that does not allow guests to use air conditioning. There are also many damaged decorations or old facilities that have not been repaired. Even the towels are spread out and they continue to use them. It's really frugal. Maybe they lie down to save costs, or maybe it's because they mainly do business or group reception and don't pay much attention to personal user experience. There is a swimming pool and gym in the annex building, but you cannot enter directly by swiping the room card. Guests have to go to the front desk to exchange for a paper ticket before coming back. There were no towels or tea inside, so I had to run back to the room in despair to take a shower. The user experience is quite different from that of new hotels outside."
Mofan Manor Homestay
"The photos of Internet celebrities are all photoshopped, and the actual white walls have faded. It is a place for wedding banquets. The experience is extremely poor and there is basically no service at all. If you need anything, you have to go to the front desk and ask yourself. Sound insulation is weak. Checked out after 8 o'clock in the morning and the front desk was not at work yet, so casual. 400 a night without breakfast, not worth the price. Will not be returning."
Blossom Hill Changshu Shajiabang Luhua Bay
"1. The hotel is located inside the scenic area. I contacted them in advance, added the concierge on WeChat, and they sent me the parking lot location and guide pictures. It was very easy to find the reception center. 2. After checking in at the reception center, a hotel golf cart took us into the scenic area. Along the way, the driver pointed out attractions, hotel entrances/exits, and restaurant locations. When checking out, we took the hotel's private boat from their exclusive dock directly to the parking lot (reception center). This was a fantastic experience! (It was like getting a free boat and golf cart tour, haha). 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hengjing Old Street. Turn right out of the hotel entrance, and in about 100 meters, you're on the main street. Wangsi Noodle Restaurant is right around the corner; I had a bowl of mushroom oil noodles there – incredibly fresh! Turn left, walk a few steps, and you'll find Hengjing Theater. Cross a bridge further on, and you're at the Wetland Fishing Park. 4. The concierge service was very thoughtful. When I asked about visiting the reed marsh, he suggested taking a hand-paddled boat and even gave us two free tickets. The hotel's golf cart also took us to the Hongcun hand-paddled boat dock. Traveling through the reed marsh was a great experience. After getting off, we passed a large lotus pond with many aunties taking photos. We then crossed an 'internet-famous' bridge and returned to Hengjing's main street. 5. A tip for future guests: if you tend to sleep in, definitely bring some snacks or food. There's not much to eat in the scenic area at night, and everything closes early. Deliveries aren't an option either."

Atour Hotel Mocheng,Yunshang Town,Changshu
"I really like this hotel and the big gym at the second floor, real value for the money!"
JI Hotel (Changshu Zhitang)
"This time I stayed in Room 309 of the All Seasons Hotel for three days and the experience was quite good. The hotel staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very hygienic and the bedding is good. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, there is a self-service laundry room and gym on the second floor. The hotel restaurant is on the first floor and the restaurant provides free breakfast. Parking is available at the entrance and underground of the hotel, and parking is convenient and safe. In short, the price of the hotel is quite good, it is recommended to stay."
JI Hotel (Changshu Southeast Development Zone Kuncheng Lake Branch)
"Excellent service, very satisfied with my stay, highly recommend. The surrounding area is great with a fantastic night market. Definitely recommend staying here. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly."
Atour Hotel (Changshu Wanda Plaza Changjiang Road)
"The room was spacious and bright, with good air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection was extensive, and it was great that they served it until 11 AM on holidays – very considerate! Their *douhua* (tofu pudding) was the best, with both savory and sweet options and plenty of toppings to choose from. The service was friendly and welcoming. The hotel's central location made it very convenient. It's definitely our top choice when visiting Shanghu."
Rixie Linxi Guesthouse
