Great Value of 3 rooms 2 nights for 5 pax. About 20min to Wang Zhuang and Sha Jia Bang, which is a convenient location if you want to visit factories nearby.

Old hotel, few broken things, but globally still in good condition. Room is big, with bathtub. Service and staff are very good. Near the cable mountain entrance. Restaurants are a little far away. Breakfast buffet is nice.

預訂了行政房因為孩子是塵蟎過敏體質所以要求樓層高一些無煙區。待入住後發現安排的並非無煙樓層。走廊上有煙味和異味。對門住客抽煙且房間門也是敞開的對着我們房間。而且常熟國際飯店的行政房幾乎和便捷酒店的配置一樣。原本想可能服務會好一些吧。於是和前台做溝通。前台説我們不滿意可以直接退房不收取退房費。入住後給出這樣的解決方案。之後我們要求可以換無煙樓層大一點房間。之後又被告知價格不一樣要貴很多。隨後酒店又説可以給我們安排頂層的親子房但是空調不給力。溝通無果之後我要求可以讓客房部經理協調。我又被告知因為週末領導休息中，名片也無法給我因為辦公桌上鎖了。。。午飯之後大堂經理來找我們説給我們安排到了親子房空調調試過沒有問題。接着就是最奇葩的問題來了。除了牙刷牙膏之外沒有洗浴帽梳子香皂這些配備，洗澡水壓不穩水忽冷忽熱。早上起床後直接沒有熱水。我們被通知可以去其他房間洗澡。我想請問客房部王經理2021年5月15日您真的在休息嗎？如果有緊急問題是無法與您取得聯繫嗎？另外客房預訂部的李小姐為什麼在有房的情況下客户孩子有特殊體質的情況下為什麼前兩次的溝通態度如此堅決拒絕客户的要求呢？

攜程預訂房間非常方便，酒店挺大的，大堂環境還可以，早飯是在一樓的鬱金香廳用餐，早餐還算豐富，入住有送歡迎水果，酒店還送了牛奶，但是晚上入住的時候發現枕頭上有頭髮，還有小蟲，這感覺不太乾淨啊，衞生環境有待提高！

房間是別墅區的套房。空間相當大。大廳也裝修的很氣派。還遇到幾對結婚的住在酒店和辦宴會。真不愧是當地最好的酒店。早餐也非常豐富。酒店中餐廳的套餐非常實惠。強烈建議試試。另外：小楊小姐的服務態度非常棒！非常考慮客户體驗！整個酒店就是一個大園區，很宜人。
