This was my first time in Changzhi and I chose this restaurant after looking at it for a long time. The hotel has a good location and is convenient to go everywhere. The room is big, clean and hygienic, the breakfast is good, and the noodles for dinner are delicious. The facilities are a bit old. The shower head in room 729 is broken. I can only hold it by hand when taking a shower. It needs to be replaced. The staff are well trained and polite. Love the big windows in the room.

The twin room is mainly on the west side. It will be more sun-dried in the afternoon. The local area may not be too hot all year round, so the air conditioner is average. After the sun sets, the temperature difference between morning and evening is relatively large. However, the hotel is still doing a good job in terms of service. The weather is dry and put a lot of bottles of water every day. Feeling soft pillows can also provide buckwheat pillows.

we went to changzhi to see some temples and historical sights. The hotel is perfect, the location is great. It's clean, new, affordable, has a decent gym and washing machines and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good good too and they have a coffee bar at the entrance.. Would recommend for anyone coming to changzhi.

Because the elders are old and the legs are not convenient, the hotel front desk specially arranged for us to arrange a room on the first floor for us to enter and exit. The security guard will also help us lift the wheelchair intimately. The elders have no habit of eating dinner, but I am hungry at 11 o'clock in the evening. MModimamaBecause when my dad was young, he came from Beijing to Changzhi Tunliu to work in the countryside and worked at Zhangze Reservoir, so I had to stay in a hotel near the reservoir for one night with my two kids. Wen Tourism Service Center should be a better hotel with three floors. We had a parent-child room so it was closer to the inside and we had to walk a distance. The front desk lady Shen Jiarong sent us to the room and had a very good attitude. I would like to praise the handsome boy at the front desk who also had a very good attitude!! I think it's called Bi Li Wang (I'm sorry if I read it wrong, I didn't see the name tag clearly)

When I got here, they actually reserved it for me. Because I have two kids, it is really convenient to have a small bed. . There is a small slide in the room, which is very good. The two kids had a lot of fun.
Next to the hotel is the Xinghuatang Restaurant. I went to eat while waiting for the room to be cleaned. It was very delicious.

真心希望長期運營好，提些小建議希望改善：
1. 房間細節的衞生需要注意，玻璃上的一些水漬啊，地板牆角的灰塵需要打理。
2. 設施維護不夠，今年才開的，感覺很多設施老化有點快。牆漆都用真石漆吧，外牆變色有點快。
3. 服務員有服務意識沒有服務方法。服務標準化不足，都是好孩子，需要專業團隊來培訓一下。
4. 早餐略差了些。
瑕不掩瑜，希望好好改善，越來越好。
