Changzhou Zhonglou District 5-star Hotels

I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost. This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again 小周for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Last year, the newly opened Dusit Thani in Suzhou felt good. I had a good impression of this Thai brand. This time, Changzhou Xiangyanghang finally chose it between the cruise ship and him. The second is that the boys in the lobby received their faces throughout the whole process. I remember that when I went to Suzhou Dusit Thani, it was also in the New Year. The young lady who checked in in the lobby smiled and made people feel comfortable! Although the requirements are met, there is still a silk in my heart! Didn't you book the original price? Third is the problem of the room. There is a glass in one room, and the shampoo in one room is given two bottles of conditioner! Two rooms are at the same price, one electric curtain and one manual! There is really no harm without comparison! Fourth, the parking of the hotel and the guests who eat. It seems that someone is in charge but it is invisible. The sound of driving the door in the morning under the building is so noisy that I can’t sleep well. Why is there an underground parking garage not guided? I have to let the car park on both sides of the door. The opposite side is not quiet! It is completely contrary to the purpose of the hotel in the park. It is recommended that you can learn about the eastern suburbs of Shanghai. How to do the state guesthouse to be quiet and quiet, the room is like this, the hotel is like this! The reason why the hotel service gave five points, mainly for two people, one is very big stomach and smiley face to ask us how we feel after living, and there is also an aunt who sweeps things to the catering department. Staying at Zhongwu Hotel gave us a big surprise. The hotel has a beautiful environment and warm and thoughtful service. In particular, Xiao Pu at the front desk patiently and in detail introduced the hotel's service facilities and rights to us, making us feel at home. Next time I come to Changzhou, I will definitely choose to stay at Zhongwu Hotel. I have recommended it to my friends to experience it 😃

The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are very good, especially the service attitude is the best. Checking in after the Spring Festival, the hotel is very festive, and the New Year atmosphere is still very strong, making me feel at home. When I checked in, the service attitude of my sister Xiao Tao at the front desk made me feel very comfortable, and she always smiled at me and smiled very sweetly. Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!

The check-in was smooth, the hotel has complete facilities, and the children like it very much. I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel housekeeper, Mr. Bian Xudong, Ma Zhenzhen. If you have any questions, you can communicate in time. It is very close to the park, and there are many places to eat, drink and have fun at night. The hotel also has children's special toiletries, toilet seats, and small footstools, as well as cute little slippers, full of dinosaur elements, children are reluctant to leave, and the breakfast is also very good. There are many types.

This hotel is conveniently located downtown near many Turkish, Indian and Western restaurants and popular attractions, such as Dinosaur Park & Dino Hot Springs. The room is much bigger than average but the mattress is a bit hard on your back and takes a while to get accustomed to. Breakfast is okay but could use more Western choices.

Great experience. Clean and comfortable with American standard and protocols. The front desk and hospitality team were very helpful. For the same price, you can’t find a better option in the area. Compared to the holiday inn back in the States, it offers great breakfast plus a big selection of Chinese food.

The service attitude of Xiaochao at the front desk is super good. They took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The floor height is particularly good. You can see the tower of Hongmei Park. My child likes it very much. The hotel service is very good. Yogurt is delivered every day. Fruit is also delivered on the first day. Late night snacks are also provided. Children's slippers and toiletries are also provided, which is very considerate. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance from the train station and Qingguo Lane. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs. It is convenient. It's just that the flushing of the toilet is not very good. It takes a long time to flush the next time. It's a bit inconvenient. Overall a good value for money. I will stay here again next time.
