I was actually trying to decide between two hotels for our trip to visit friends, and I am so incredibly happy I chose the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. The hotel is an antique building, which makes us feel the festive atmosphere. There were many activities in the scenic area during the Chinese New Year. When we walked on the road, all the staff and volunteers greeted us enthusiastically and said blessings. When we returned to the hotel after shopping in the evening, we were provided with a bowl of Tremella soup and calming and sleeping incense for free so that we could have a good rest. It was a really great stay and I will come again."

"The hotel is grand and beautifully designed. Every staff member is incredibly warm and welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary mini-bar drinks daily, and they even thoughtfully provided snacks and 'Wangzai' milk that our kids loved. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Our family room had two bathrooms, a separate soaking tub and shower, and good soundproofing, making it very quiet. It's also conveniently located close to all the attractions, and getting a taxi is easy. A major plus is the shopping mall on the -1st floor, which features many unique shops and dining options. You can also directly access Metro Line 1 from the -1st floor, making getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast deserves special mention for its incredible variety. Besides the standard breakfast fare, they offered local Changzhou snacks and breakfast items, along with delicious desserts, breads, and cakes. We particularly enjoyed the 'Yinsi' noodles with various toppings and the small wontons available every day. Each night, we received complimentary desserts and milk before bed. The hotel's service is truly thoughtful, and they even provided a souvenir gift daily."

"Wow, my stay this time was absolutely fantastic! My room got upgraded and it was super quiet. The bathtub filled quickly with hot water, making for a very relaxing soak. The view from the window was expansive, and I woke up to the sun in the morning. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and greeted me warmly. 👌 The experience was great. I was in a hurry and didn't get to swim or use the gym, but I ran into some guys coming out of the gym in the elevator who were in great shape. 👌 The Chinese restaurant on the second floor had an elegant ambiance and wasn't crowded at all, so dining there was completely undisturbed and very enjoyable. 👌👌👌 It's an excellent choice, and I'll definitely come back next time. Too bad I forgot to take some photos."
