For afternoon tea, you can have unlimited coffee, though there weren't many pastries, and it seemed like there was no hot water available."

"It's been a long time since I last visited Changzhou. This time I came for a music festival. Although it's quite a distance from the amusement park, it's very close to the train station, only about ten minutes away. The room definitely lives up to its five-star standard; it was very clean and the soundproofing was excellent. What really stood out was the bedding – as soon as I lay down, I slept incredibly comfortably until morning. Plus, the view from the window was quite expansive."

"Right next to Wujin High-Speed Rail Station, and just a 5-minute walk to Yanghu Road subway station – you're practically there as soon as you exit! The giant Totoro plushie in the lobby is a real eye-catcher. The room decor is super soft and cozy, with cute Totoro details everywhere, even on the keycard sleeve. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. Definitely worth a stay!"

I was actually trying to decide between two hotels for our trip to visit friends, and I am so incredibly happy I chose the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before, but I have never experienced service this good. I never regretted my choice for a second. This stay reminded me exactly why trusted brands matter. Because of this experience, and especially because of staff like LukYue who go above and beyond, the Hilton will be my go on my next visit! Highly, highly recommended"

"The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. The amenities in the room are also quite good and well-stocked, with a good variety of pillows on the menu. Lisa from the service center was enthusiastic in following up with me. All the hotel staff are polite and welcoming. I'll definitely come back to stay again."
Zhongwu Hotel
"Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the only one where I had to make five calls just to inquire about a room type – either no one picked up or I got a busy signal, and I never got through to the front desk. I ended up contacting a staff member directly to get in touch with a dedicated butler. The butler, as always, was incredibly helpful and responsible, providing detailed answers to all my questions. The hotel's kids' club is chargeable. The 1350-priced family room is beautiful, but it doesn't include kids' club tickets. Interestingly, the twin room has a package that does. I'd recommend purchasing the 799 room type package if you want kids' club tickets, as it's a better deal for families with children. There's no robot service for food delivery, so it's best to contact the butler directly, as they are quite responsible. When I called the front desk for food delivery after checking in, the attitude was quite indifferent, with standard phrases like 'Hello, how can I help you? Oh, we don't have that.' My food sat in the hotel lobby for almost half an hour without being delivered. When I called again, no one picked up after being transferred, so I had to contact the butler again. I can only say that the only reason I'm not leaving a negative review is solely due to the excellent service provided by the butler."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes off the highway and about a kilometer from the Dinosaur Park. You can easily take the hotel shuttle or even walk there. The front desk staff, especially Chen Xiaoxiao, was very friendly and provided personalized service. They even have robots to deliver your takeout orders."

"For a trip with seniors, staying at the Zhongwu Jiuyuan Wisteria Pavilion is highly recommended! Before check-in, the butler, Alaia, contacted us in advance to inquire about our expected arrival time, dinner reservations, and breakfast arrangements. Throughout the check-in process, any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently – a big thumbs up! Accommodation: The environment is first-class. The rooms are located in the heart of Jiuyuan, offering scenic views at every turn. It's very quiet, with fresh air, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are attentive and friendly. On the first day, after dinner, it was drizzling when we returned to the Wisteria Pavilion. The concierge proactively came out to greet us with an umbrella and helped our seniors – very thoughtful! Shuttle buses are readily available to all parts of the hotel, with quick response and excellent service. Dining: Dinner Buffet: Average, but worth trying if you enjoy buffets. Breakfast: We opted for a set breakfast at the small restaurant in Pilingyi because we wanted a quiet breakfast. Western and Chinese options were available, and since my family is vegetarian, we also prepared a completely vegetarian breakfast as requested – a very thoughtful touch. The dishes were quite plentiful; reviews mentioned large portions, which I guess reflects the catering to different customer needs. They even offered to pack up any leftovers to take home, preventing waste. Yuxiufang: Before leaving, I wanted to try the Black Pearl restaurant. The taste was acceptable, but the service was so-so, and the food was served very slowly. Because I was rushing to catch a train in the afternoon, I simply ordered stir-fried vegetables, radish fried rice, and sea cucumber tofu. The staff thoughtfully reminded me that the fried rice portion was large and suggested ordering half a portion if needed—this was probably the only heartwarming thing about the meal. Then came the long wait… Half an hour after being seated, only one serving of stir-fried vegetables arrived… Even after I told them I was in a hurry, they didn't speed up the service. After nearly 50 minutes, I had to go to the cashier to tell them that if the food wasn't ready by then, I would have to cancel the order. Only then did they rush to serve the food, and even after I emphasized again that I didn't have time to eat, they finally helped me pack it up… I had to follow up three times, and this was even when the restaurant wasn't full… As for the taste, it was acceptable; the radish fried rice was better than Yangzhou fried rice. If you're not in a rush, you can try it."

We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. There was a slight smell of renovation materials inside the elevator as it's newly decorated, but I'm sure it will dissipate over time. Highly recommended!"

"A charming, garden-style hotel situated right in Qingguo Alley. Although the rooms aren't overly spacious, they are spotless, and the aesthetic is exactly what I like. It's incredibly convenient – you can step right out and easily explore the area, with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Both Tianning Temple and Changzhou Yinsi Noodle Restaurant are within easy walking distance. Before my arrival, the hotel's butler thoughtfully sent detailed instructions for parking and the walking route from the parking lot to the hotel, which was incredibly considerate. What's more, the parking lot even had charging stations for our car – that was a huge bonus! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

The hotel is right across from Wanda Plaza, so you can easily handle meals, entertainment for the kids, and shopping just by stepping downstairs – it's incredibly convenient! The room was spacious and clean, with kids' slippers and bathrobes already provided. They even offered a free crib 🛌. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, which was great for my back. The soundproofing was excellent, so the kids slept soundly and we all had a peaceful night. The front desk staff proactively gave my child cartoon stickers, which made them so happy! Breakfast included freshly made pancakes and a dedicated kids' section, which was super thoughtful. With these amenities and location, the value for money is unbeatable – definitely my top choice for a family trip!"
