房間很棒，乾淨整潔，服務超級好，還加了一個圍爐煮茶，這個天也太舒服了，大隱隱於市，地鐵就在門口，很方便出行

房間很乾凈整潔 設備齊全 有投影 小帳篷小朋友很喜歡 還在裏面睡著了 就是Loft二樓睡床上感覺外面馬路上燈光有點亮 影響睡眠

照片上這兩間房的入住體驗差很多，但前台卻説這兩間房面積一樣。我預訂的房間有衣帽間，前台卻首選安排入住狹窄的尾房。
服務員進行房間打掃沒有敲門直接刷卡進來…
雖然酒店硬件設施和地理位置都很好，但最重要的還是服務意識。

酒店總體還行，就是預訂的套餐裏面有青果巷導遊講解，但到了後酒店説導遊派出去了沒法講解了，問怎麼解決，回覆就是沒法講解了，讓自己看，也沒有其它補償措施。青果巷不熟悉歷史自己逛也沒多大意思，購買的時候衝著導遊講解來的，最後搞了這麼一出

新開的酒店，設施齊全，交通便捷，衞生整潔，服務不錯，淋浴龍頭水很急，就在青果巷邊上，離地鐵一號線兩三百米路，周邊吃的蠻多的，就是人氣好像不足，沒有那種熱鬧的感覺，總體可以！

又來常州出差了，入住青果巷文棲酒店，這裏地理位置優越，餐飲各式各樣，每次入住這個房間都很喜歡，鬧中取靜，兩層樓一點也不壓抑，床品舒適，風格清爽，前台服務人員親切細緻。還有機器人送外賣到房間！
