這次臨時出差常州，在環球港郵輪住了一晚，還是非常推薦的[強]
酒店跟環球港商場相連，住酒店的同時還能很便捷的到達商場，有點像上海環球港凱悦的感覺！停車也方便，停車位很多，住在酒店免費停車！早餐供應的東西品種多，新鮮，推薦！
另外前台服務很好的，特別是辦入住的時候還有退房的時候，服務態度都不錯！

非常好的親子套房，節假日的性價比也遠遠高於其他親子酒店. 隔壁就是環球港商場，溜娃購物兩不誤. 十分好評！下次應該還會選擇這裏.

房間裝修很有主題特色，空間很大，相當於兩間房，甚至安排了兩台電視，我家小朋友大了，很適合，服務也很熱情，樓下就是環球港，山姆超市，超方便。

公司出差常州，這裏離單位比較近，環境也很好，出差非常推薦郵輪酒店。
前台小妹服務態度很好，也有微笑服務，上次住的時候也升級了房間，體驗不錯。flora經理特意問了一下我們的意見和建議，非常注重客户的入住感受。
房間很大，住3個人完全沒問題，非常乾淨明亮，隔壁就是環球港，吃飯也很方便的！

35平的房間比想象的要小，設施有點老舊，馬桶還是沖水式的。吃早飯小朋友要收45一位，這個價位確實不值，第二次直接外賣了。
自助餐188一位也很不值，食物品種不值這個價。兩大一小就要474了，問前台拿了3張30元的抵扣券，卻被告知一個房間衹能用一張😅😂
定郵輪酒店就是因為旁邊就是環球港，逛街不用出酒店，其他的衹能説算一般般啦。
哦他們家還有送餐機器人，小朋友很開心
另外小朋友的浴袍，洗漱用具也都準備了，這點還可以。

位置很好，就靠着商場，從酒店到商場也衹要穿過一個酒吧。大堂明亮乾淨，魚缸熱帶魚🐠非常吸引眼球

行政房間都在高層，相對來説比較安靜，夜景比較好！

房間不能單獨設定製冷系統，房間裏熱的讓人難受透不上氣，小朋友們衣服都穿不住，打電話給前台，讓送來了電風扇，真的是搞不懂，常州27度，又正對太陽直曬的房間，那麼熱的環境竟然不能用冷空調。真的是熱的讓人惱火，畢竟親子房房價也不低，真不應該犯這種錯誤。
