Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Love this hotel with the relaxing atmosphere. Specially love to walk around the pond where we can see the swans and beautiful Chinese garden opposite. A lot of beautiful flowers along the hotel pathways.

房間黴味實在太重了！
早餐人超級多，好不容易找到位置還沒坐下就被阿姨搶走了，連續兩次……🤣，早餐種類也不多，吃了兩個小麪包喝了一杯咖啡，一根香蕉🍌，其他水果如圖（看起來很不新鮮，不敢吃，怕拉肚子）。
這兩年明顯感覺酒店業總體服務水平下降嚴重，服務人員很多，感覺都是臨時的，吃個早飯旁邊總有人在看着你等着隨時收你盤子😂。

趁國慶帶孩子出遊常州，為了方便第二天去淹城動物園所以選擇了武進喜來登。酒店管家Ava提前一天就電話我有什麼需求，並貼心地幫我升級到了行政樓層，知道我要去動物園還讓廚房幫忙準備了喂小動物的胡蘿蔔併發了很多遊玩攻略給我。酒店設施還不錯，戴森吹風機和膠囊咖啡這些都配備了，自助早餐也比較豐富，性價比還是可以的。希望下次入住還能遇到Ava這樣周到的酒店管家。

管家AMY提早電話溝通，瞭解我們帶需求，非常貼心準備了小禮物臨時給孩子們，住的冰川主題房，房間乾乾淨淨特別大，小朋友們超級喜歡，很好玩的房間，潛水艇，北極熊都是小男孩們喜歡的，酒店整體大氣，晚上亮燈後很漂亮，第二天去淹城野生動物園，管家AMY還給我們準備了胡蘿蔔喂小動物，特別貼心。

本來想去淹城動物園玩方便，看到喜來登有個酒店門票套餐定的。結果意外的好，因為帶着兩娃免費升級房型不説，臨走還送了手辦和貼心胡蘿蔔（動物園20元一份）。酒店距離動物園5分鐘，假期也有很多親子活動，可惜時間太趕沒來得及參加。對了，小童入住會有專門的小童洗漱套裝。nice，感覺超值。
