我是晚上21點40左右辦理入住的，辦理好入住然後和這邊的朋友出去吃了夜宵，夜裡12點多準備去酒店休息，到酒店車庫取點洗漱用品，然後從車庫直達電梯我並沒有找到我所開房的11樓層，然後我打電話給酒店前台我告訴她我在酒店車庫，並且電梯也知道5樓，我問怎麼才能去酒店11樓房間，前台問我是不是11樓的客人？我説是，並且告知了名字，她並沒有和我説酒店有兩個電梯，然後語氣很不和善的説你直接刷房卡，我在哪刷？然後我拎着大包小包去一樓前台問吧，路過前台的時候有位保安叔叔我問他他告訴我要換電梯，好了事情以為結束了，結果到了房間洗漱好準備睡覺，牀頭櫃和床的縫隙裏一坨黑色的類似情趣內衣！我真的很累沒有精力和你酒店服務員糾纏退房換房之類的！作為一個鎮上最好的酒店我覺得德不配位！

長者回鄉祭掃，代長者訂的房間，怕他們拿不動東西，所以提前下單將走親戚的禮物快遞到酒店，想着酒店肯定能幫忙拿到房間，沒曾想這點基本的服務都沒有，還讓長者自己搬了。。。。。。除了服務有點欠缺，其他尚可吧，希望能有所改進。

酒店雖然是華美達的標記，但是和正常的華美達差異非常大。各方面的服務都有明顯的差距。酒店的房間和設施非常簡陋破舊
環境和衞生方面也都一般。酒店的服務也跟不上
基本上和普通的快捷酒店差不多

早飯説十點結束，九點半下樓已經收起來了。

酒店比較老舊 隔音非常差 連隔壁咳嗽聲和查插頭的聲音都能聽見 隔壁開着房門聊天到半夜兩點 影響休息 向前台投訴兩次都無果
