The room facilities are complete and the room is clean and tidy. The air conditioning is not good and it is too cold. However, the lobby manager sent a heater at night and turned it on to keep warm all night. The next day, I was given a free late check-out until 14:00. It is very user-friendly. The front desk service from check-in to check-out is very good. I recommend this hotel.

Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks.

The outside of the hotel is grand and comfortable. The room is very spacious and the facilities are new. It is comfortable to stay. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a little lacking.
Another thing: I asked the front desk clerk (an older man) for two bottles of mineral water. He actually told me that it was stipulated by the hotel and generally not given.
Talk openly and secretly with the tenants about the rules. Would it be better for such staff to receive more training?

It was the best time to enjoy music. At first, I chose Jiuyuan with the mentality of strolling in the garden. The autumn scenery was dazzling and the garden landscape was a scene at every step. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the soft and silky bedding left a deep impression. The courtyard was quiet and elegant, and the sun was clear and bright. My sister specially sent us some side dishes cooked by herself. I thought that sitting in the garden at this moment, with flowers in the cup and close friends by my side, was already a great experience. The service team of this trip gave us a different surprise. The housekeeper Wang Jinyuan, the front desk Luo Qian, and the state guest specialist Wang Dan cooperated tacitly, which was remarkable. They were thoughtful but not too intrusive. Especially the state guest specialist Wang Dan, who saw my sister and I strolling around She took the initiative to offer to accompany me on the tour, introduced the landscape of Jiuyuan in detail, and visited several other representative room types. Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

The service in this store is very good. When you come in and out, the waiters will greet you and open the door to pick up your luggage, making you feel at home. Four of us elders came to Jintan to participate in the National Martyrs' Memorial Day. When we checked into the hotel, we felt that the hotel lobby was very grand and unique, and the decoration was quite warm. We stayed in Room 717.719 on the 7th floor.

Hygiene: neat and clean
Environment: good and comfortable
Service: The waiter was very serious and even gave us mooncakes that we bought at our own expense on Mid-Autumn Festival. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Nanshan Bamboo Sea, with a beautiful environment. When booking a room, I was given a ticket to Yu Shui Hot Spring, which has more than 60 hot spring pools. This time, I opened more than 30 of them and soaked in them all. It was very comfortable. The hotel housekeeper, Kong Ziyi, is beautiful and enthusiastic. The service is very good. All aspects are arranged in detail, and the response speed is fast. It is a very pleasant experience. The package comes with a full meal, which is not bad. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also great. The only difference is that the hair dryer is not Dyson, and the wind power is too low. The room is very large, built against the mountain, and there is a ground rail elevator for entry and exit 🛗, which is a novel experience. The room has its own private bath and a large bathtub. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the door to see the bamboo forest, and I felt open and comfortable. The price-performance ratio is much better than Nanjing Garden Expo Park. I also met the star Nie Yuan while eating. A very fulfilling experience

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.
We can recommend this hotel to 100%.

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous.
