First time booking and staying here on my own accord. Front desk check in was smooth,rep was very nice and polite however the room did not meet expectations. Baby roaches crawling on the counter next to the microwave and in the bathroom. Very disgusting. Towels were not cleaned at all. ********** is what it appeared to be on them still. Sent a friend down to ask for cleaner towels and they were told they didn’t have any more nor did they bother to call if any became available. Very disappointing visit. I don’t think I would recommend this property to anyone nor stay another visit again.

Double charged me and wouldn’t fix it. They said their manager would be in around 2pm and when I called they said he wouldn’t even be in. Also found a used needle in my tissue box which is a huge health and safety hazard but they did absolutely nothing about it.

Didn't like lack of hot water at arrival night (it was fine in the morning). Breakfast was slim, no pastries. Staff was attentive.

The staff was fine. When we got to the room, we noticed a bug right away. Within a minute of that we saw more. They were all over. They were booked and couldn’t get us another room. We left and got a refund

The hotel was very unclean. Stayed two nights and each night we had roaches crawling around room. Sheets and towels had hair all over them.

Checking in was okay. Once i got to the room and opened the door there was a smell immediately as you open the door. As we proceeded to go in there was gnats flying in bathroom and near the sink outside the bathroom. All over the room actually. The bedroom was dirty and stained. Something sticky was all over the bathroom door and bedroom door. We saw a couple of roaches in the cabinet. The elevator was not working when you needed to go up but if you was going down it would work. The stairways was dirty and trashy. I had to go buy something for the gnats . The shower did not get hot at all/ lukewarm was it. I was down the weekend of 10/20 through the 10/22. Not a pleasing stay , won’t book again.

Car was vandalized in the parking lot, many roaches in the room, shower didn’t have hot water, shower faucet was broken, elevator malfunctioning, room booked was not available, sink faucet broken, but the staff was very friendly and attentive
