Another wonderful stay at the Edgewater Inn!! Always love the view of the water! Stayed in unit 105 and 106. Very nice comfortable units that are well equipped. Best location in Charlevoix! Can walk to all of the restaurants and shops from the Inn. In the summer we walk down to the lighthouse. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful view We are not able to visit this year due to the Hugh price increase from last year. Also there was no service last year, no fresh towels. No garbage pick up. The common hall areas were in dire need of a vacumn. A nice place tat charges too much and needs some TLC.

Excellent place to stay to explore Charlevoix. Nicely decorated 1 bedroom condo #102 with south facing patio to sit outside and enjoy Round Lake with a beverage or a take away meal. Full kitchen, very nice pool and a sauna. Best was very short walking distance to dozens of shops, restaurants, pubs, and wine tasting places.

We’ve stayed at the Edgewater for years and the last time in 2019 we swore we wouldn’t go back. After speaking to the manager after our stay back then we decided to give it another shot…..never again! We couldn’t arrive before 4pm or else we would be charged. There was only a 2 hour window when someone is there between 4-6pm or else no one is around and your information and keys are left on the desk - didn’t feel our information was secure. We checked in the morning and there is no housekeeping service but they said they would bring us clean towels….we’re waiting. When you’re paying this much money they should have some kind of service. There were dirty utensils in the drawer. The freezer isn’t working. There is nobody around when you need something. At least you used to be able to have someone at the front desk to ask questions. There are no instructions anywhere. Extremely disappointed.
