We stayed in the suite and it was very clean. Awesome shower pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was super comfy. What more do you need!? The lady at check in was knowledgeable and friendly. She noticed we had a bottle of wine and offered to get us two glasses and a bottle opener. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby-walking distance actually. I would definitely stay here again. Coffee 24/7 as well

Great accommodations for the price. We had a first floor suite, facing the street, but no street noise bc the hotel sits far enough back.
The only downside was the toilet — it was very small and I say that as a 5’5” person.
It looks like the hotel is ready for a renovation, but overall it was clean and tidy.

The traffic in the area is my only issue, other than that, it’s convenient and located close enough to uptown, shopping, and food.

Excellent location as far as access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. A few shady characters trolling about the place, but they didn't bother me.
The place could be good with some curb appeal and a little TLC inside the rooms. A few hiccups here and there during my stay, but the staff was very responsive. Decent value overall.

There was a motorcycle parked in the HANDYCAPPED AREA and a car with a flat tire parked right in front of the bldg.

Decent hotel with some minor growing pains. Looks like it might have been an extended stay at one point. The lobby area was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bar and breakfast area wasn't up and running yet. The fixtures it the bathtub need some attention. My tub actually had an unsightly chip in the bottom. The room furnature was very basic but in good condition.
