"Convenient location for tourists and a beautiful view from the window! The staff is excellent — polite and very friendly. Breakfasts are outstanding, with plenty of everything available in any quantity. They provide unlimited access to drinking water, including mineral water! In hot weather, this is a fantastic bonus! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the internet is good, and there’s free luggage storage."

"I stayed here the night before flying out of Charles de Gaulle Airport. I was really pleased with the delicious and varied breakfast. For a Hilton, the price was quite reasonable. However, some of the staff seemed to prioritize their own conversations over assisting guests. (I arrived early due to a rental car return, so I dropped off my luggage first and planned to pick it up at check-in, as they don't deliver luggage to rooms.) I was kept waiting while a front desk staff member, even after being called twice by me and once by a passing colleague, continued a seemingly enjoyable conversation with another guest. To make matters worse, when I handed over the luggage claim tag, the staff member said, ”Oh, I forgot my glasses today, so I can't read this.” They then made us search for our own bags. They didn't verify anything at all; if we had pointed to the wrong bags, we could have easily taken them."

"Perfect location for a weekend away in paris! The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was clean. Bastille is beautiful lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on the hotels doorstep and the metro gets you anywhere in paris about 2 minute walk away. Lovely stay would definitely come back"

"The hotel is very well located, the reception staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. For two consecutive days, there was no soap in the shower dispenser. We informed the front desk and were told it would be checked the next day, but the issue was never resolved during our stay. In addition, the room was not cleaned properly. There were small leaves on the floor when we arrived, and they remained there for all four days, suggesting the floor was never properly cleaned. Another issue was that the shower door seal was broken, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time we showered and leaving the bathroom flooded. These are relatively minor maintenance and housekeeping issues, but they are details that guests reasonably expect to be taken care of in a 4-star hotel. Overall, the location and breakfast were great, but the room maintenance and housekeeping need improvement"

"Our stay was enjoyable and the hotel is at great location. While we were visiting they were renovatinhnthe reception area so a bit noisy otherwise. I woukd recommend as price vs quality is good"

"The rooms are clean and the washroom is attracted with the room as well as every bed they have a full cover certains. the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You also can keep you bags after cheakout they also have locker service for the guest."

"This was my first time in Paris, and I blindly picked this hotel, which left a particularly good impression. It's located in an upscale neighborhood, to the extent that I'd recommend it to friends. The room, while not huge, was very stylish. We were able to open two 28-inch suitcases flat (and there's even a storage closet). We stayed on the highest floor, the 7th, which had a terrace with a peek-a-boo view of the Eiffel Tower's tip. The front desk service, contrary to some reviews, was excellent. The staff, both men and women, spoke fluent English and were very nice. Their attitude was a huge improvement compared to some Parisian restaurant staff. The hotel's quietness was a big plus. The only downside might be that it's not as convenient as staying in a more touristy area. Getting to the Louvre, Seine, or Le Marais requires a long walk to the metro, so combining metro and taxis was more comfortable. On our first day, it was Labor Day and there was a thunderstorm, so nearly all restaurants and supermarkets were closed, making it impossible to find food. We added breakfast at the front desk for 20 euros per person, which was indeed pricey. If you plan on having breakfast, it's more cost-effective to book it with your room. There was only one bottle of water provided; extra bottles incurred a charge to the room, and there were two of us… While I felt it was a bit inconvenient, I understood. Luckily, there was complimentary lemon water available at the bar. Turning right out of the alley, there's a fantastic bakery called Chez Meunier – I recommend their pies, croissants, and baguettes; I saw locals buying them in bulk. Across the street is a Monoprix supermarket, and there's also a Carrefour nearby. For restaurants, definitely check their opening hours, as many are closed on holidays and Sundays. 🤦‍♂️"

"It's a bit of a walk from Gare du Nord to get there. It's not a particularly large hotel; 'inn' might be a more accurate description. There's an elevator, but it's very small, probably only fitting three or four people at most. Breakfast is the same every day. The bread seems to be freshly baked each morning – on my first few mornings in Paris, when I wasn't quite over the jet lag, I could smell the aroma of bread right from my room. However, after seeing cockroaches in the dining area on the third morning, I completely lost my appetite. The service is decent, and there's a hot water dispenser in the dining area."

"Exceeded my expectations! I love Paris! Even though the hotel room was really small – I couldn't even fully open a 26-inch suitcase – and I specifically booked a room with a balcony, it didn't matter. These things didn't detract from the beauty of Paris. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. When we bought food from Monoprix in the evenings to bring back to the room, they always helped us heat it up in the microwave. We could also refill our bottles with tap water ourselves. The only minor downside was being woken up by the fire alarm at around 3 AM one night. Everyone in the hotel ran down the stairs. That night was quite a scare..."
