"This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. "Booked a standard twin room, and it seems I got an upgrade, though all the rooms are the same size. What's really convenient about this hotel is that it's right above a subway station, making getting around super easy. Just a heads-up to everyone: hold onto your phones tightly on the subway! Ours got stolen – seriously, be extra careful! Across from the hotel, there's a Japanese restaurant and a French restaurant, both with good food."

"The hotel is located strategically near the train station and metro exists so it is convenient to go around using public transport. There are also a lot of cafes, bars and food around within walking distance so it is quite convenient. Only feedback is on the rooms, they are a bit small with the toilet and the shower area being very tight. The lift is also quite slow and small but overall it is a good stay at the hotel. The soundproffing of the room could be a little better also as noises from the road or sidewalk can be heard quite clearly but bed and pillow is firm enough at least I can sleep."

"The hotel is, overall, not bad. Just be careful when checking in: there's a phantom twin, the Eiffel Tower, right on the corner, but with a fancy facade. Walk past it and go another 100 meters to Magna, to that rather unassuming door next to the dry cleaner. The staff is quite friendly: on the first day of our trip, my friend got sick and hissed at them in her hoarse English like a snake, but they still understood her, even with that language barrier. One thing to note: they ask you to hand in your room key card when you leave. Apparently, either they don't have a duplicate for housekeeping, or they want to steal something from you. So, we locked our suitcases with combination locks every time we went out. The room is very small, so we used a suitcase as a table and plastic bags instead of trash cans. We didn't find the blankets right away (dig under the mattress, and they'll pop out). The bathroom is acceptable and quite clean, no complaints there. Except, the window faces directly onto the street and pedestrian area (we were on the first floor), so if you fart, you won't be able to air it out. As for breakfast, we didn't eat there, but we saw it from afar. It's better not to get it and instead go to the Certified coffee shop nearby: delicious filter coffee, bagels, croissants, and yogurt. The elevator is very small; lifting two suitcases together will take a lot of effort. On the other hand, the location is nice, with a metro station nearby, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the city center. Towards the end of our stay, we were disappointed that they charged us 44 euros in tax instead of the stated 22. Otherwise, everything was fine! If you're on a tight budget, this place is pretty decent."

"Recommended by Doubao and booked via Trip.com. It's very convenient to get around; you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seine River. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you don't mind walking, you can stroll along the Seine River for 4.8 km to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the old train station, and more."

"DON’T BOOK FOR YOUR SAFETY!! Super unsafe hotel!!! Not recommended. The hotel is fine in terms of facilities and cleanliness. However, someone (from what them claimed was a staff?), a man opened our door at 3am in the morning which is super terrifying. And even though this happened, I could understand. But in the morning I checked with the receptionist, he explained everything about it was his colleague trying to confirm if that room is empty and so on.(without knocking or ring us?) During this whole conversation, I couldn’t see any sorry from his face and his speech, and right after he said this, he just turned around and started talking to his colleague, as if nothing happened. So rude and unprofessional. It was a quite packed trip so I don’t have much time to call the police but it’s a really dodgy and terrifying hotel P.S. The attached photo shows how we had to sleep after the incident, as we no longer felt safe in the room."

"The staff were very helpful; I arrived in the morning and was able to store my luggage smoothly. The supermarket nearby was also very convenient. Most importantly, I had an early train from East Station the next morning, and the hotel's location right in front of the station was incredibly helpful. Although the heating in the room wasn't working, they lent me a heater, which saved the day. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay."

"It’s fine. The hotel is clean and everything and has a fish tank in the lobby. It’s nice. Excellent for budget. But it costs $60+ dollars in your currency to uber everywhere every day, sometimes 80$ so that has to be accounted for the cheapness of the hotel. But it’s so affordable it more than makes up for it as most hotels closer are $70 more expensive anyway. Great for a 2 star hotel, never stayed in better for star rating. Would except. And I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels. Has everything you need except coffee and they have a coffee machine in the lobby for use for 3.5 euros (6$ so a bit expensive for cheap style coffee but still)."

"I enjoyed our stay and can’t really complain however the night staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever we were having problem with our lights in the room not turning off and we called reception for then to be told at 12am it’s not his problem and his not a technician and hung up the phone we then went downstairs to explain that we can’t sleep with the light not off and can’t be very safe as can over heat. He then was very rudely telling us that not what he’s there for an nothing he can do I said I paid to stay somewhere where I should be able to ask for help and he then laughed and had a friend on the phone who was also laughing very unprofessional he then came up to check and removed the lightbulb which was still glowing in his hand and made us feel like complete ****** !!! When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay"
