Cheap Hotels in Paris

"For the location it was very good value. We stayed one night. My double room was small but adequate for one person, comfortable and surprisingly quiet with very little street noise. Nice size shower, but I couldn't control the water temperature so had a luke warm shower. My friends had a family room to share with their 11yo and it was a generous sized room with a larger double bed and a lovely bed for junior, they also had a bath instead of a shower which is often useful when children are involved. The lift (elevator for you Americans) is a bit small & quirky and struggled to take two of us with luggage whilst two took the stairs but it worked. Paid street parking was available for us only 2min walk away, not cheap but acceptable considering location. Free between 8pm and 8am and I believe free Sunday/Bank holidays. I didn't realise Saturday was a bank holiday so thought I was paying through to 9.20am Saturday (from around 6pm Friday) but actually accidently paid through to 9.20am Monday, this cost €30 (£26/$35 as at Nov-25). I noticed an underground carpark only 7-8 minute walk away, but probably similar cost. Metro station 5-6 mins walk, several entrances but need to find main entrance to buy tickets. 25min ride to the Eiffel Tower. Didn't have breakfast at hotel so can't comment, went for a walk to get breakfast as I would normally recommend in Paris. Overall, I would stay here again at the same or similar cost. (On this occasion we paid; small double £68 + family room (for 2 adults + 11yo) £80 + city taxes £7.50 per adult paid at hotel)"

"This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. "The room is big and very clean. The location is just beside the metro. Just a few stops away from main station. The hotel surrounding is safe. We are glad that we can store our luggage safely. Bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slipper. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide them."

"The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for two people. You might struggle a bit with a large suitcase! It had a bed, a bathroom, and a shower, which was all we needed. Just like in Rome, the beds in Paris tend to be on the softer side, which I found quite uncomfortable! There's a small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Before we left, we bought some sausages from the supermarket and heated them up in the microwave in the small kitchen, which was perfect for lunch!"

"The location was absolutely perfect and very convenient for traveling around Paris. All of the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming. They were always willing to help whenever I had questions. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and safe."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to both M6 and C metro lines, which take you directly to Versailles Palace and Notre Dame. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is right next to the hotel, so we got to see it every day coming in and out. We arrived around 10 AM, and after becoming members, they allowed us to check in early. The room size was decent, with enough space to fully open two suitcases. Housekeeping was good; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene was well-maintained. However, the toiletries were quite disappointing and stingy. There were no slippers, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 3-in-1 product. The drinking cups and mouthwash cups were small disposable paper cups. While the mouthwash cups were replaced daily for a while, we stayed four nights, and by the last day, they were unusable and weren't replaced with new ones after being taken away. Tissues weren't replenished daily either; we had one box for the entire stay, which ran out on the last night. These small details were quite frustrating. Also, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill as many times as you like. These are things future guests should be aware of before booking."

"This is a pretty good hotel, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. It's quite close to Metro Line 12. The breakfast was also tasty, though unfortunately it was the same every day with no variety. The room facing the street was a bit noisy, but overall it was decent. The free self-service hot water, tea bags, and coffee are definitely a plus. It's about 2 kilometers from the Seine River, and walking along the river you see all sorts of bridges and sights. Paris is a very pleasant city among European cities."

"Building is old. Room size was fine for single person. Plugged in the tea kettle, and it killed all the lights, popped a fuse. They came to fix it, but it was weak-ish after that. Seriously? And it was chilly, all windows closed, still feel a draft. Staff are helpful. None of this was complaint about the people. Next time, I will find a newer building."

"It’s fine. The hotel is clean and everything and has a fish tank in the lobby. It’s nice. Excellent for budget. But it costs $60+ dollars in your currency to uber everywhere every day, sometimes 80$ so that has to be accounted for the cheapness of the hotel. But it’s so affordable it more than makes up for it as most hotels closer are $70 more expensive anyway. Great for a 2 star hotel, never stayed in better for star rating. Would except. And I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels. Has everything you need except coffee and they have a coffee machine in the lobby for use for 3.5 euros (6$ so a bit expensive for cheap style coffee but still)."

"Perfect place for a short visit in Paris..the hote very Parisian Vibe nice abs clean with french breakfast ..the location perfect close from everything far from the louver around 37 min walk around 36 min from the Eiffel tower around 25 min walk from the center and champs elysees the stuff are nice and friendly and so helpful the only point just thats the room was too small and the elevator small too the price a bit high for the room 181 Euros per night but I enjoyed staying there"
