One of the features of a stay that every traveler expects is free WiFi. Imagine my surprise when after leaving the hotel I received an email giving me a receipt for $4.95 for data service I didn’t agree to. I certainly believe this trick way of doing business is not the fault of the hotel manager or their staff, it’s from the owner of the hotel chain.
It is very sad that in this country more and more companies are trying to trick people to agree to services they don’t want or need. That is what happened to me and for that I won’t used Fairfield by Marriott ever again. You can have my $4.95, I guess you are more desperate than me.
