Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.

This hotel is old and dumpy. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. We booked through the site for 2 nights Tuesday August 16th and Wednesday August 17th; the site quoted $156 for the first nite and $166 for the second night. When we got the bill the first night was charged @ $156.66, the second night there was a charge of $176.38 PLUS an additional Tax Recovery Charge of $165.67 giving us the grand total of $498.71. The air conditioning was set at 68 when we arrived and although we turned it up to 77' it took two days to warm up. We had to ask for additonal blankets and they also brought up a heater. We asked for an additional luggage rack as we each had a suitcase and there was one in the room. I can appreciate it being post Covid and the industry but the sheets were so heavily ?starched, I itched all night. All in all a major disappointment and definitely not worth the money we shelled out to stay there. We have travelled in the US quite a bit and I can honestly say we have NEVER stayed in such a terrible hotel. The misleading advertising on the website as to what the prices are if you if you book direct. Clearly the fees we saw when we booked were not the ones on our final bill. I was never so happy to go home.

This property is fairly well maintained and the photos are accurate. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall we were satisfied with the visit……. except for the very smelly pair of socks a previous guest left in the drawer near the bathroom sink… that made us gag (room 318). The only other drawback is that the parking lot was very dark and felt unsafe.

Right away the staff was super friendly and got us to our room quickly. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved having the table that we pulled out and ate a nice dinner on, using the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Nice lighting options for when you want to stay up while your better half sleeps. Curtain between sitting area and bed. Will stay again if we are in the area!

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and experienced many different hotels from a dump to a top rated. This hotel property was immaculate and quiet, our room was spacious and spotless, beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and pleasant. It is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is available. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Buffalo. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet, and free coffee all day buffet in the lobby. There is also a hotel with a similar name nearby, which is easy to make mistakes. The front desk says that every day there is something wrong. The surrounding area is not very lively, there are two large supermarkets not far away. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a free bus to the airport, half an hour.

Very close to the airport, we were late for the plane that day, arrived at one o'clock in the morning, the hotel shuttle bus has been off work, call the front desk to let us take a taxi, the hotel is reimbursed, there is a taxi at the airport, so it went to the hotel very smoothly, the original Worried about the situation, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and very satisfied. The hotel is in good condition in all aspects, very quiet, the room is a suite, very spacious, the price is not expensive, self-driving is recommended.

BORDER CROSSING! I needed to cross at the border die to Covid restrictions in Canada. The hotel staff at check in and in the morning were great! The morning guy at the front desk recommended a taxi service that was Fantastic! (Frank at Airport Taxi Service) Frank drove me to my Drive-Through Covid test at Brighton-Eggert and back, then arranged another driver to take me across the border. Got my NAAT test result by email in just 40 minutes! Room was clean, etc etc. Due to Covid safety, The boxed breakfast is what it is - Can’t take away points because it’s not their normal business practice. It served its purpose giving me the fuel I needed to stay the day!

Wasn't sure what to expect from the location (surroundings) and appearance from the outside. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised. Fitness area was nice. Pool (indoor) was small and closed at 8pm. Grab and Go breakfast selection was extremely limited. Hotel is 2 floors with an elevator. Check in and check out was easy and friendly. Hotel was clean inside including lobby, breakfast area, fitness room, and most importantly our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor, 2 queen beds. Room was of nice size, including bathroom area. Refrigerator, desk, sitting chairs all in room. TV screen was a tad small and a few of the tv remote features didn't work...but overall this was a nice room. Don't let the surroundings or location scare you away, this is a nice place to stay.

We have booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (king size bed + sofa bed). The sofa bed is a bit different, and rather uncomfortable; the bedding needs to be requested from the receptionist. The room is somewhat small compared with other adjacent Marriott properties, but it has a full-size fridge and was clean. The front desk staff was courteous and promptly addressed all requests. The buffet breakfast was somewhat disappointing (only 2 hot dishes available), but you will not leave hungry. The parking is free. No noise from the planes. Overall, this place is fine for an overnight stay, but for a longer period you may need a larger suite.

This hotel is old and dumpy. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. We booked through the site for 2 nights Tuesday August 16th and Wednesday August 17th; the site quoted $156 for the first nite and $166 for the second night. When we got the bill the first night was charged @ $156.66, the second night there was a charge of $176.38 PLUS an additional Tax Recovery Charge of $165.67 giving us the grand total of $498.71. The air conditioning was set at 68 when we arrived and although we turned it up to 77' it took two days to warm up. We had to ask for additonal blankets and they also brought up a heater. We asked for an additional luggage rack as we each had a suitcase and there was one in the room. I can appreciate it being post Covid and the industry but the sheets were so heavily ?starched, I itched all night. All in all a major disappointment and definitely not worth the money we shelled out to stay there. We have travelled in the US quite a bit and I can honestly say we have NEVER stayed in such a terrible hotel. The misleading advertising on the website as to what the prices are if you if you book direct. Clearly the fees we saw when we booked were not the ones on our final bill. I was never so happy to go home.

Loved having the table that we pulled out and ate a nice dinner on, using the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Nice lighting options for when you want to stay up while your better half sleeps. Curtain between sitting area and bed. Will stay again if we are in the area!

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and experienced many different hotels from a dump to a top rated. This hotel property was immaculate and quiet, our room was spacious and spotless, beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and pleasant. It is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is available. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Buffalo. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.

This property is fairly well maintained and the photos are accurate. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall we were satisfied with the visit……. except for the very smelly pair of socks a previous guest left in the drawer near the bathroom sink… that made us gag (room 318). The only other drawback is that the parking lot was very dark and felt unsafe.
