There is one of the largest shopping mall just in between the hotel and the resort. Fifth floor has many restaurant. There are also many eateries just behind the hotel with 5-10 minutes walk. Very commended when you come to Chengde

Surroundings: You can see Bangchui Mountain from the main gate, with Wulie River behind you. The picture shows the scenery by the river in the evening. Take a taxi to the villa, Puning Temple and Chengde Museum. Basically, the starting price is the starting price. It is very convenient to wave on the roadside. Catering: The breakfast variety is good, and the variety is complete. It is definitely enough to eat. It may be in time for the May Day holiday. It is recommended to speed up the frequency of refilling dishes and extend the breakfast time to avoid guest dissatisfaction. For lunch and dinner, I ordered dishes in the hotel restaurant for two days. The taste is very good. The only drawback is that there is a comparison when eating consecutively. The amount of dishes of some dishes is obviously reduced. I hope that the quality control can be guaranteed even with more guests. Who knows which one is a repeat customer, right? Guest room: I booked an elegant double bed, next to the lobby on the first floor, next to the elevator, people coming and going, and there is a parking lot outside the window. The room is quite comfortable, but it is false to say that this kind of room layout is not noisy. It is recommended that friends who like quietness ask for the room location when checking in and avoid it. Service: Finally, let me talk about the service. From accommodation to dining, the attitude is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel also has travel services, ticket booking can be discounted, and you can follow the tour guide at a reasonable price. My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and sanitary. The front desk service attitude is very good. They helped arrange a good room and actively guided us to park the car. The guest room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and the bath water is also very comfortable. The aunt in the guest room was very nice and greeted me during the meet-and-greet. There was a particularly cute little dog in the parking lot who came to beg for food during the meet-and-greet.

The Resort is very beautiful, well maintained, with nice areas and excellent location and service. The room clean and comfortable, the only thing we found was that the bathroom was small. We loved the food from the restaurant!

The location of the hotel is very suitable for wandering around. It is close to the Summer Resort (between Lizhengmen and Dehuimen). It is a courtyard style, with two entrances from the front and back, plus side rooms on both sides and several small houses similar to yurts. In the courtyard, begonias and other flowers and trees are in full bloom, with gray tiles and red walls, and the design is exquisite. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard in front of the room. If the weather is nice, you can drink tea or order takeout. It is very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the in-house kitchen restaurant, which is clean. There are not many varieties of food but the taste is comfortable. The kitchen lady is very enthusiastic (the bean buns made with self-made bean paste and the self-ground soy milk are both very good). It's great to come here during off-peak times. If you drive, navigate to the underground parking lot of the Mountain Resort (maximum charge is RMB 50 per day). You can park your car in Area C. There is a staircase for pedestrians to go up and down, which is closest to the B&B (100 meters).
