昨天的體驗算是差的一塌糊塗，從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，桌上全是油，結果叫前台來，就拿紙擦了擦，後來看到地面也不是很乾凈才申請換了房間，第二個房間也不檢查直接讓我進去，結果桌子還是臟的，地面甚至更臟！！又換了第三個房間，第三個房間不那麼臟，能勉強住，但門鎖又壞了！！前台就跟幾個阿姨在那推卸責任，不痛不癢説幾句就把顧客敷衍過去了，三個房間全是臟的，看圖吧！！！

攜程飛機酒店一起定優惠，看了評價有4.5🌟才定的。但是是真實評價嗎？以後再也敢選攜程打包的酒店了！桌子上蟑螂到處爬，地毯上有上一家留下的花生瓜子殼還有噁心**的腳指甲蓋。浴室裏之前打掃的人把地漏打開了，清出來的一大把頭髮就放在牆角也不清理。大無語太噁心了！衞生很差很差！

環境差，電梯和大廳都是煙味，也沒人管，選了個有窗户的房間，窗户也不是對室外的真窗户，是爛尾樓的內窗，空氣很差

服務態度極差，惡意扣除按金，無故收取額外費用，第一次來成都，吃的挺好，退房的時候，這家酒店真的完全毀了我的好心情 。

入住了，我把門是反鎖了的。入住10分鐘後，我在洗澡，聽到有人敲門，不知道是誰，也沒報名字，我我在洗澡，也沒去開門，反正反鎖了，也打不開，我就沒理了。然而這時這個人竟然刷卡把門打開了，我馬上沖過去問幹嘛的，他説澆花。我瞬間就冒火了，有人住進來了還澆花啊！！！真的不知道這個酒店咋個想的。這個酒店我也不想住了，感覺隨時都有可能有人會刷卡進來！我就退房了，退房時在前台投訴，前台人員還找理由，那個是清潔工。不管是什麼工，也不能入住人了，刷卡進來！！！然後給我説不好意思，就沒了~~~也沒做任何處理！！！
