"The room itself was alright, quite spacious and comfortable to stay in. It's not too far from the subway station either. The cleanliness, however, was just okay; there was quite a bit of dust on the windowsills. Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Chengdu Hotels in Chengdu

Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Chengdu

"While I acknowledge the hotel's excellent location and stylish decor, looking past the glamorous facade, the actual experience—from hardware flaws to service details and food quality—fell far short of what I'd expect from a hotel in this price range. The service felt very procedural and lacked warmth, almost as if staff were just going through the motions. Both the butler and front desk staff showed little proactive service, and requests were handled inefficiently. The 'butler service' was practically non-existent; I ended up checking in and resolving all issues myself. The bathroom had weak water pressure, and the shower flow was sluggish, significantly detracting from the washing experience. Breakfast was particularly disappointing: limited variety, mediocre quality, poor temperature retention, and absolutely no refinement. The ingredients felt cheap and carelessly chosen. Compared to other hotels at a similar price point, this was truly rough and poor value. It definitely doesn't justify the thousand-yuan price tag. I wouldn't recommend it to guests seeking a solid, comfortable stay. It sells on looks and brand name, not on experience or service. Very disappointed, extremely poor value for money, and I will not be returning."

Chengdu KuanZhai Jin Qi Hotel (KuanZhai Alley Tonghui Gate Metro Station Branch)

"My partner and I chose JINXI for our Chengdu 'mini-moon', and it was absolutely the right decision! This quiet little abode, tucked away right next to Kuanzhai Alley, offers a rare peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. During the day, we leisurely explored the ancient alleys and sampled street food, then just a few steps brought us back to the hotel, away from the tourist crowds. The ambiance was just perfect. The new Chinese-style elegant decor is gentle and timeless. The room had excellent natural light, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was superb. The welcome fruit and mini-bar were great, too – delivered straight to our room by a robot! At night, with the windows closed, we cuddled up in peace, shedding the day's fatigue. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and amenities were complete. We spent our leisure time lounging in the room, feeling relaxed and comfortable. Our room even had a small balcony and a bathtub 🛁. After a day of exploring, a bubble bath was incredibly soothing! The front desk service was gentle and attentive, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and we could easily walk to popular spots, making dining and exploring a breeze. We spent a wonderfully lazy time with my partner, feeling completely relaxed. Next time we vacation in Chengdu, we'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend for couples! 💞"

"Traveling to Chengdu during the summer, I stayed at a hotel with an excellent location, right in the heart of the city's best spot. Transportation was incredibly convenient, with subway and bus options readily available right outside. Many popular attractions like museums, science centers, and Chunxi Road were all within walking distance. There were also plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making it very convenient. The hotel room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was nutritious, with healthy ingredients, and the service staff were very warm and friendly. I would definitely come back to this city of Tianfu and this hotel! [Strong]"

"🌟 Overall Experience We had a very good stay at Crowne Plaza City Center. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. 👥 Personnel The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming, which made our visit smooth and enjoyable. 🍽️ Breakfast Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. 🏨 Hotel condition The hotel is a bit old, and while the rooms could benefit from renovation, they remain comfortable and suitable for both families and couples. The Pool is indoor but we'll maintained , the kids had fun. The gym does the job max Dumbell 25kg. The Spa was unavailable during our stay. ✨ Final Impression Despite some areas needing updates, the combination of great location, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast made our stay very pleasant. We would recommend it to travelers looking for convenience and comfort in Chengdu."
