Really nice room the staffs were so kind with me , she upgraded my room for free ☺️☺️ also service mind of all staffs were so great, really big room , when i was ordering takeout there is a cute robot come to give the takeout to me so i don’t feel scared to be alone to get my takeout with male drivers, i felt completely safe here . Before i checkout they gave me really cute traditional bracelets

Beautiful hotel that is nicely furnished with large rooms. Room aircon wasn't working when we were there but luckily the weather outside was great. Service staff was responsive and all very helpful!

Extremely clean n great customer service. Walking distance to train station. But not as near as what mentioned to walk to kuanzai xiang.
Reasonable rates to stay .

衞生：非常乾淨
設施：新開業的酒店，設備齊全而且都很新，智能馬桶，冰箱都有
環境：地理位置很好，離各景點也就10-20分鐘車程
服務：服務必須好評，有什麼需求前台小鄧和小宇都會第一時間給與處理解決，沒有解決不了的
下次再來成都還定這家酒店

酒店位於成都市中心，離地鐵站特別近，出行很方便。酒店很新，房間很寬敞，還配有健身房，洗衣房，和書吧。衞生非常好，還有淡淡的茶香。酒店以古風裝修，非常雅緻。前台人員很熱情，還備有各種生活必需品，很貼心。酒店有自己的車，能免費接送客人。退房還有禮品。早餐品類很多，28元的價格也很實惠。還有免費下午茶。打掃的很完美。

酒店離春熙路有段距離，所以節假日也沒有漲價很嚴重，但也挺方便的！地理位置還可以，離地鐵站走路幾分鐘，挺多網紅店點外賣也能點到。
我們三人前台給免費升了行政套房，客廳很大，放行李箱綽綽有餘。房間設施很新，床和沙發都很舒服！房間和浴室的窗簾都是自動的挺好玩哈哈哈～就是燈除了房間都挺暗的，整體偏黃。還有就是客廳垃圾桶容量較小、浴室的下水有點慢，容易溢出到外面
全體服務人員態度熱情，服務都很好，超級貼心，有需求聯繫前台都會盡量滿足，重點表揚管家小悦！打掃衞生的阿姨也不會亂丟、亂碰私人東西，但是會幫忙疊睡衣整理鞋子！每日打掃都特別乾淨，有次經過放毛巾被套的儲藏間，裏面很亮堂很整潔，看着就安心～
整個酒店都香香的，不知道用的什麼香氛特別好聞哈哈哈 最最喜歡的就是洗衣房，有兩個洗衣機一個烘乾機，還有熨燙機和衣物除菌機，洗衣機可以用消毒液桶自潔後進行使用，潔癖人外出旅遊必備！

酒店位置我覺得比較滿意，不在景區，但是到各個景區都很方便，距離文殊院最近，然後又不會影響晚上睡眠，到了酒店還有小陳小姐姐幫我熱心的提行李，還備了下午茶，環境都和圖片一樣，這個就是原相機哈😊入店前還有小鄧小姐姐各種介紹帶路，入住體驗是真的沒話説，房間的環境帶小孩也是可以放心入住的，唯一有點麻煩的就是桌上沒有梳粧鏡，有需求的小姐姐可以找前台哈，我嫌麻煩都是到窗邊的懶人沙發上化的粧，光線明亮，下次來不用到處找酒店，可以直接選擇哈👍👍
