We stayed in the family suite, and the room was incredibly spacious and modern. The bathroom was huge, featuring a large bathtub perfect for soaking. The amenities were excellent, with a gym and laundry room available, plus free parking. My only suggestion is that for a family room, it would be better to have a privacy film applied to the glass bathroom door.

After my last negative review, the hotel responded that they'd conducted comprehensive training and strengthened management requirements. Who could have imagined that upon entering the bathroom, I'd be shocked to see a guest's false eyelashes on the countertop! There was hair all over the toilet, hair on the tea bag tray, and even hair and black stuff on the bed... The upstairs was still dragging tables and chairs in the middle of the night.
