服務態度不好。 訂的三天兩晚，並承諾提供24小時熱水，但是我們入住的第一天，發現沒有熱水，第二天就去找他們來修，並表示我們白天不在，直接進門來修就行了。可他們晚上打電話給我們，要我們在賓館裏後，才來修熱水器。但是熱水器的配件出現問題了，當天不能解決，衹好第三天早上來修。他們第三天早上的確來修了，但是在我們退房時還沒有修好。我們就要求他們給我們賠償，但是他們卻説：“之前的客人入住的時候，都沒有反應這個熱水器的問題。我們入住的時候，才反應出這個熱水器的問題。”我們就反駁，明明承諾提供24小時熱水，可是到我們退房時，熱水器還沒有修好。他們卻説，你們可以選擇中午12點退房。 真的服了。出來旅遊，一天都很累了，明明想要洗個熱水澡，好好放鬆一下，卻遇到熱水器出現問題。還説什麼我們入住前都沒有出現問題；什麼我們入住後，熱水器才會出現問題。這是個什麼歪理，是什麼邏輯。

不是交完按金。打死都不會住進這樣名宿，完全和攜程上圖片不一樣，關鍵是住的兩室一廳，其中一間房間還拿鎖🔒 鎖住了，廁所🚾燈一閃一閃的，整個晚上都沒睡着，上樓的電梯還是壞的，建議別住，對面有更好的酒店，簡直打着商圈位置 搞民宿

房間真的特別不好，在居民樓裏面，圖文明顯非常不符，房間裏還有個鎖起來的小房間，看着就滲人，廁所抽水馬桶也是一直在響，根本就不值200，倒貼都不會進入住的那種房間，嚇得根本沒敢住

這家店是一個酒店式公寓，你們拿到房卡就知道這家店咋樣了，廁所YW非常重，牙刷不敢用😂，總之強烈建議大家入住，不然你不知道什麼叫EX和某些老闆的CE嘴臉！
