酒店挺不規範的：
1、已經入住的房間，被告知要換房間
2、退房後不能立刻開具專票，加微信開電子發票的時間很長
3、房間的打掃非常不專業

3號晚上入住還可以。4號晚上再次入住，從前台要一大杯温開水，一直沒送。按金也是憑前台心情，第一天按金300，第二天收600，免費券你們發的，還不讓用了？

酒店在龍泉區的，離機場差不多1小時吧，以前就住過，現在是重新裝修了再開的吧。
房間還是一如既往的很大，外面有客廳，早餐還是那樣的普普通通，一碗麪解決問題，價格也不貴，去汽車廠開會商務出差就比較方便。

過來玩這個酒店是朋友推薦的，於是就在網上下單了，來到酒店前台整個大廳的設計感給人印象特別深刻，有一種懷舊感，前台小姐姐很温婉，説是攜程的訂單還給做了免費升級，酒店比較安靜，沒想到在這鬧市區還有這樣的自帶花園酒店，中間還出現一些小插曲，但是都及時幫忙解決這種迅速響應的服務態度值得好評，酒店服務真的很到位，這是我給好評的重要原因，下次還會再來。

和家人晚上臨時定的酒店，辦理登記時免費升級了客房。因為家人晚上要學習看書，正好有單獨的書房，十分滿意！因我個人不喜歡高枕頭，酒店方還貼心的配了一個蕎麥枕。早餐也特別豐富，但忘了拍照。下次來龍泉還定他家！

酒店在龍泉東安湖公園附近，距離地鐵也不遠，周邊很繁華，酒店就像是鬧市中的凈土，環境很好。跟着公司開年會過來的，也體驗了一把高端局。菜品很豐富，住宿體驗好！推薦大家親身感受~
