設施：雖然開業很多年，但設施依然保持在很新的，不是那種老舊的。
衞生：床單被罩，洗手間都相當乾淨，洗護用品好聞。
服務：謝謝前台某個不知名的小姐姐升級了房間，雖然不知道具體有沒有升，但是話聽着舒服。

交通便利，出門二百米就是地鐵站，距離天府廣場，杜甫草堂，都挺近。就是入住體驗不佳。下午三點多到達，房間沒有收拾出來。晚上回酒店前兩次電話問詢房間是否打掃乾淨，説確認之後回覆，一直沒有迴音。

真的很生氣！朋友和朋友媽媽來成都玩，提前定了這個酒店，點到了到店付款還馬上取消訂單，選擇了一個網上付款的直接付款了！到了線下不僅收取200的定金還要收取房費，（請問你們酒店的保證金加起來需要648麼）並且到店的第一個房間打開的時候我朋友拍照給我説是完全沒有收拾！要不是今天朋友問我保證金收到了麼？才知道這件事！熱情的看到朋友來成都玩了，住一個酒店，結果搞得這麼尷尬！真的太生氣了！並且正常情況離店不應該儘快退錢麼？為什麼到現在還不退錢！住過最離譜的酒店！

酒店位置就在市中心，旁邊緊挨着文殊院、寬窄巷子，距春熙路、太古裏很近，交通十分便利，旁邊就是地鐵站口，前台服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，床品非常舒適，早餐豐富。房間價格物超所值！是旅遊居住的好去處。

挺好的酒店，服務也還不錯，位置離寬窄巷子一站地鐵，雖然在市中心，房間也算安靜。從酒店走路去文殊院看銀杏 十多分鐘就到了……
