Because there was no doorman at the door, I went inside and asked if it was the VIP building for check-in, because I saw some people gathered around, and it didn't feel like it. The front desk staff told me that this was it. I asked if there was anyone to help with the luggage, but no one answered me. I had to take the luggage by myself because the East Building was full of stairs and there were many people. I waited for a while to check in. When I asked the service desk, they didn't know anything and asked me to call the room. I said what kind of hotel is this? Then another person came to help me with the luggage and told me that this was not the VIP building. I was really angry. This is too irresponsible. When I walked to the lobby of the VIP building, no one was there, and the front desk staff was standing there with nothing to do. This is too infuriating, speechless😓
