The day before my birthday, I planned to go to Chengdu and booked a hotel near Luomashi subway station on Ctrip. This hotel is considered to be an apar**ent-style hotel. It is on the 27th floor, with high floors, overlooking the main road and the tall buildings on the opposite side. The view is really good. But the sanitation of the facilities is a bit old, and there is a smell of scale leaking from the toilet. The sheets are clean and the mattress is very comfortable. Hope the facilities can be cleaned and replaced regularly!

圖片純純照騙，實際很破舊，看着很老很不衞生，燈也不亮，床被看着也很臟，被子還有點破，怕換了也是這麼臟爛的就沒讓他換了湊合住一下，廁所滾輪門下面都壞了，衹有上面一半，拉起來要倒不倒的，看評論還有人被砸過。投影儀也不好用，很爛，各種設施都很差。最離譜的是這裏的熱水系統，開始不會用，熱水很燙，還得自己調節冷水和熱水比例，洗完一個人後熱水直接沒了，還得等他自己燒開，問了管理員説至少40分鐘，等了半天都洗不了，搞得時間很晚，第二天還要去旅遊，衹能先睡下第二天再洗，熱水真的非常少，必須洗很快才能來得及。也就服務的態度好了點，位置好點，基礎設施真的非常差。

我們定的是三天的房，前面兩天後邊加了一天。
第一天本來是可以升房的，因為有攜程給的權益，我們到的太晚了所以跟前台説的時候已經沒辦法升級了，所以第二天才換到更高級的房型。
很好，第一天的時候那個房子地板就沒有一塊是沒有發黴的，尤其靠近浴室那塊，浴室更好了，想洗澡的時候，調水温就調了10分鐘，這些我甚至都沒跟公寓管理人員提，畢竟第二天就去住新的房子了嘛
第二天到了新的房子才開始了噩夢，半夜3點多空調自己啟動，給我和我女朋友嚇得半死，我去找空調遙控器（離我兩米遠根本不可能碰到），怎麼關都關不掉，更嚇人了。我直接反饋給公寓管家，然後我們倆一晚上沒閤眼。管家白天找了師傅來説肯定是沒事的，我就放心了，琢磨着那就睡吧，再換也太麻煩了
第三天半夜兩點空調自己又開了，叮的一聲，又給我們倆嚇醒了，我又反饋，大半夜的讓我換房（我不是怪管家小姐姐啊，但是誰大半夜的換房子住啊），又是一晚上沒睡，到了早上好不容易睡著了，8點又自己啟動了，11點又自己啟動了？？？
然後給我的解釋就是設定了定時功能，我請問定時有這麼定的嗎？我們兩天晚上沒睡覺，你公寓老闆衹給我們退一晚上又是什麼意思呢。本來我幾年前來過一次感覺公寓挺不錯的，現在對這裏衹有惡感。我再加一句公寓管家小姐姐人挺不錯的，也有耐心。但是這並不能彌補我們來這裏旅遊兩晚無法入睡的痛苦。

這個價格在成都，而且還是公寓式酒店，可以住，可以洗衣服，距離騾馬市地鐵站E口大概2分鐘的步行距離，吃飯都還挺方便，距離春熙路、天府廣場等都挺近，距離我想去的地方也挺近，距離喜歡的人也挺近！
前台小王也很熱情！
19年就住過這裏，20年、21年、22年、23年，今年，這已經是第6年住這裏了！

週末放假兩天，帶孩子們來成都玩,在攜程上找的這家店,騾馬市地鐵站出來直行右拐走不遠就到了，價格比較合理，交通也很便利，房間很大，我們家倆寶貝很喜歡大大的窗户，帶孩子房間大，孩子們也有活動的空間，同時謝謝小郭，幫了我們很多，很温暖…下次來成都還會選擇這裏。
