衞生：衞生很棒，打掃得很乾凈，用品上沒有任何異味
環境：環境不錯，樓層都比較高，視野很好
服務：工作人員態度很好，五一期間出行，房客很多，但工作人員們都很熱情，沒有任何不耐煩。原本住的房間對面住的房客很吵，向前台反饋了，立即就給我們換了房間，大大提升了入住體驗。尤其是前台的Aaan小姐姐，很輕切，笑容很有感染力，特意看了一下她的名牌，來寫評價。

酒店挺好的，就在地鐵站對面，步行10分鐘左右就到，前台服務秋秋也好，熱情周到，服務特別棒，房間設施齊全，環境好，比較安靜，房間靠近馬路，但也不吵鬧，落地窗視野開闊。很棒的一次入住體驗，而且退房時還送了小禮物和礦泉水，感覺很暖心。

定的親子房，房型面積還算適中，畢竟價格在這！建議窗台和玻璃架上的灰塵要及時清理下，有一層灰！還未入住就收到酒店打來的電話確認房型和人數，細心👍前台的小姐姐們真的是超級棒，笑容燦爛，禮貌積極辦理入住，有位強瓊女士，真的超棒了 ，笑容親切，辦理速度很快，但還是和我們説抱歉久等，因為要記錄孩子香港的證件，所以時間久了點，但在我看來，她真的很盡職盡力，必須贊一個！酒店離大熊貓基地打車10來分鐘，看自己需求選擇！
