垃圾，實在垃圾，提前兩天訂的房間結果晚上8點多去，他把所有房間都出租了，是所有，我説給他補錢換一個他給我説一個都沒有了，而且錢還沒給退，錢也收了房間還沒有，他讓我等其他人來接我，天知道要給我接到哪裡去，等到電都沒有了，人還沒來，我問她，他就説我不知道，他什麼時候來是他的事兒，我就走了。

最差的一次住宿體驗！跟老公來成都辦事，一行三人，兩男一女。網上訂的兩間大床房，到店半天不辦理入住，最後説房間沒窗簾把我們帶到誠鑫賓館，誠鑫賓館服務態度也不好，房間廁所沒燈，沒衞生紙，沒洗漱用品，房間破舊，設施設備壞掉的。主打一個差勁！

三十幾塊錢的賓館燈不亮，門是壞的，Wi-Fi連不到，網也不好，這些我都不計較，畢竟便宜，但是明明寫着有公共衞浴，結果去了説沒有，讓去外面找上，這不就是欺騙消費者嗎，哪怕你直接標明沒有廁所我都能接受。
