For a business trip to Chengdu, for this price, it's too cheap. The room is big and very big, clean and hygienic. The aunt who cleans the room is very diligent. The boss is very real and responsive. It's very worthwhile to stay. At night, the window is very busy looking at the traffic. The subway downstairs is super convenient, the Sanhe restaurant downstairs is cheap and delicious, and the three-day meal is solved here, and it is very convenient to have a small shop.

1.設施老舊臟，茶几沙發有明顯污跡；
2.入住流程完全不規範。到達時吧枱無人，電話聯繫後要求客人私加《微信》（非公眾號），然後發《身份證照片》進行核對；
3.服務態度差。6點前未入住（身份訊息等未錄入，入住流程未完成），退房本應全額退款，酒店方卻頻頻退回客人的退房申請，甚至要求我們自己聯繫平台客服。工作人員就《違約金》不斷糾纏。聯繫攜程方人工後因協商不妥，店方又私下電話又強調《進了房間就是入住》《公寓屬性，不是酒店》《必須付違約金》。
4.平台評價與真實情況完全不符，懷疑是否有刷單行為。
5.西博城離該處有地鐵3站距離，此處人煙稀少，加之前述種種屬性，給人以極不安全的感受，建議往西博城參展的年輕人，尤其是女生另覓他所。

到店的時候已經臨近12點了，掃門上二維碼登記入住，還是挺快的。進去之後，房間超大！超級大！衞生間是乾濕分離的，很多公寓是做不到這點，很棒，也很乾凈。樓下的便利店也是無人自助的，太牛了！
