非常失望的體驗。 原以為像酒店的評論那樣千篇一律的説好，才想試一下這個成都價格天花板級別的酒店，實地看到花園的園林水景確實是很不錯的，還有圖書館，私人影院，看出是花了大心思去設計的，奈何硬件有了服務卻掉鏈子。入住前一天，服務員給我打電話，又不説自己的釋玥酒店的，問我明天什麼時候到店，我莫名其妙的問了她兩句：“您是誰？您是誰？”……來到酒店辦好入住，關於續住的問題，服務員説請示領導再給我答覆，結果一等就是一個下午，都沒有回覆，到晚餐結束後她才告訴我答案……下午我們餓了，想點個下午茶，被告知下午茶沒有提前預約，所以無法提供，可是從頭到尾就沒有人告訴過我下午茶要預約呀，不然的話我就會預約的。再説一下晚餐，晚餐是免費的，食材很好很新鮮，餐廳環境和服務都很棒，但是份量太少了，一盤東西就是兩口的份量，我們吃完兩口，等十分鐘，再上兩口，再等十分鐘，又上兩口，這個節奏有點焦心。晚餐後我們在外面散步了兩圈，然後就準備回房間泡個澡。誰知道奇葩的事情就來了，我們放出來的水居然一直都是很燙的，根本不能放完水馬上下去泡，於是我就問管家冷水龍頭在哪裡？管家説，您要等水冷一下才能泡，但是服務員可以從外面用桶挑水進來給我們，天啊！還有這操作的！我真是無語了，我不忍勞師動眾的要別人給我們挑幾桶水，所以就乖乖的等水涼，誰知道等到十一點半，水還沒有涼到適合泡澡的温度，於是泡澡這個節目算了泡湯了，我和老公衹好退而求其次，淋浴算了，誰知道淋浴花灑出水5分鐘才有一丁點温度，如果要達到適合淋浴的温度，至少放10分鐘的水，我們對此感到非常的失望，堂堂一個高端的酒店，怎麼能犯如此低級的錯誤呢？我相信我一定不是第一個提出來的客人，誰有那麼大的耐心，早上想泡個澡，半夜就得起床放水？可是酒店一直不改進啊！有問題並不可怕，可怕的是讓問題一直存在都不修改的態度！ 我反正是不會再去這個酒店的了，我也會告訴我的朋友們，讓他們不要來這個酒店，畢竟幾大千的房費，值嗎？

特意安排了臨湖觀景的房間，很舒服。管家小姐姐和小哥哥都很好，和善温柔。在山野走走，親近自然的感覺很好。有些安縵的味道。晚餐有幾分米其林。

酒店主體建築與裝修跟環境融為一體，外部環境是山野般園林。如果説體驗感有色彩的話我覺得這裏的整體基調是秋天的黃色。服務很好，尤其是那位有親切笑容的徐璐管家。 ，
