Absolutely unbelievable service. 100 out of 100. I have been to the most exclusive hotels in the world from Paris to New York to London and Italy, and others and none of them can offer this kind of personal service whilst refusing point blank any tipping. As a foreigner without a word of Chinese i found the service astounding. Nothing, absolutely nothing is too much. They will even pay for your didi fare to facilitate your ride, do your laundry at no extra charge. Show you the best place to eat...i am still shocked. Its a 100 out of 100 for service. Fantastic location. Highly Recommended

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast has great options including both western and Chinese cuisine.
Located very close to metro and on the same street as a variety opera show, highly recommend.
Will 100% stay again when in Chengdu.

The hotel is very close to Exit E of Tonghuimen on Metro Line 2. It is very convenient to travel. The room is also very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, especially the uncle who cooks noodles is very enthusiastic. He is not tired of helping to cook two wontons and a few noodles. There are also glutinous rice balls here. I have stayed in several Huazhuhui hotels, but this is the first time to eat them. Special thanks to the waitress, who is attentive and dedicated. A little thing adds a lot of points to the hotel. After staying for 5 days last time, I stayed in this hotel again after returning from Sichuan. I stayed there for the second time just because of the wonderful experience before. I can really get a good rest when I come to this hotel after a long journey.

The room has Xiaodu smart home, soft/hard pillows can be selected, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the heated cushion is really needed when it is cold. The hair dryer has a strong wind and is friendly to girls with long hair. The socket is not the kind that can’t be removed from the wall (the most annoying kind), there is a laundry room, breakfast is from 7 to 11, you can ask the front desk for iced American coffee, which is delicious and freshly ground.
