The hotel was located near the train station, so it made it easy to travel to when arriving and leaving. We were placed on the 13th floor. It would have been nice to be told that the elevator only goes to the 12th and you had to walk up a floor with your luggage. They should give guests the option to stay on a lower floor or at least notified of this before they go up with heavy luggage.
