唯一值得肯定的也就衹剩服務了…
房間隔音奇差，走廊有人通過，正常音量説話，房間聽的一清二楚
水龍頭和花灑年久失修到各種呲水
床墊硬得硌得骨頭都疼
床上用品還起球……
還跟快捷酒店一樣是大桶包裝的洗護…

我也是服了，酒店被子裏有跳蚤，我女朋友的腳上和腿上都被叮的一塊一塊的。而且浴缸放出的水是渾的，而且還有這麼多的雜質，半夜一點半打電話給前台，房間倒是換了，就送份早餐，真的無語，這種衞生標準也太低了！

從來沒有遇到過一個所謂5星級的酒店是如此服務，對接人員服務太差，愛答不理，愛住不住，真是把萬達文華的牌子給丟了。對接的人給的團隊協議價比攜程價格還貴，晚上中餐的菜品也是沒啥吃的，12人一桌點的一桌菜，都沒怎麼吃，早餐也沒什麼吃的。設施極其老舊，開會投影儀是十幾年前的巨大產物，第一次給一個酒店寫評價，實在是讓人氣憤。回頭問問萬達文華那邊，你們是不是真的？

以為酒店換了個名字內部也會有所改變，沒想到真的衹是換了個名字而已，內部裝潢很舊也就算了，最難接受的是床褥被子都發黑了，實在是很臟，枕套甚至用的還是以前悦椿的。唯一就是有個泳池和泡池還能玩玩，不過泳池水冰涼也基本沒怎麼遊。

抱着試試看的心態入住酒店，卻讓人驚喜不已，酒店温馨舒適，入住的小院特別的安靜，游泳池乾淨衞生，泡池寬大舒適。早餐品種豐富繁多，服務人員專業有禮貌，開電瓶車的師傅非常熱情，從玻璃房去月亮灣濕地公園非常方便，總之非常滿意。以後還會來入住休閑的，也會推薦給朋友！
