"Avoid the Fuxian Lake Blue Coast Resort Hotel. Firstly, I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) and booked it through Ctrip on my way there. We arrived around 6 PM. This hotel had many problems: 1. When we arrived, we called the front desk to ask where to park. A man answered, and he was extremely impatient, telling us to check the signs ourselves. We missed it and had to drive around the main road. He only told us where to park after we called a second time. 2. Check-in was on the second floor, while our accommodation was on the 26th floor of a separate building. The main problem was that this building consisted of row houses, with about 40-50 rooms on each floor, but only four elevators, making it extremely inconvenient for us. I called to change rooms, but they said they had no rooms available, so I figured I'd just have to make do. 3. We went out and returned to our room at 9 PM. When we were about to shower, we discovered something even more bizarre: the showerhead was mounted on the ceiling near the wall and couldn't be removed. Frankly, we couldn't even wash our bottoms; we could only wash our upper bodies. To make matters worse, the drain was clogged. We called the front desk twice, but no one answered. Our whole family went to bed without showering. When we checked out, we mentioned the problem, and the front desk, knowing the drain was clogged, offered to call us to come and unclog it. I was speechless. Honestly, this hotel usually costs around 100 RMB, but I booked it for 500 RMB on the 5th of the ***** New Year. The worst part was that they still let us stay there despite the equipment being broken. I have pictures to prove it. I hope everyone going to Fuxian Lake avoids this place."
