環境實在是太喜歡了，如果不是因為下雨還可以去二樓的花園，一樓休閑的地方也很棒。房間是竹木風格（我猜的）準備的東西很齊全，也有免費停車場，還有自家美食，好吃不貴。

這家店最大的亮點衹是整體設計和環境，客觀的説，服務方面還存在一些欠缺，以下均為個人看法，僅供參考：
1.沒有電梯，老闆看到客人入住也不會搭把手搬行李，入住客人最好不要帶太多行李。
2.建議可以放房間牌，是否打掃尊重客人意願
3.熱水沒有合適温度，不好調節，極冷極熱
4.房門無法上鎖，並且重復發放房間，入住期間有其他客人直接開門闖入，體驗感非常不好

超級棒的一家民宿老闆人很好整個民宿的設計也非常的優秀，感覺是有設計功底的，晚上睡得很香，乾淨衞生設施也很齊全，地理位置也很好，就是浴室有點擁擠了，我們的時間實在太趕了，如果閑下來可以看看書，二樓的陽台非常的漂亮，撫仙湖也不遠關鍵是老闆家的石鍋魚熗鍋魚和洋芋飯，實在太好吃了！

總的來説房子的入住體驗感太差了，奉勸大家謹慎下單。民宿位置距離撫仙湖還很遠，必須要開車才能到。房間的衞生條件很差，床單上有壓痕，還有毛毛，很明顯沒有換洗過。各種設施也很舊，門都關不了。前台的服務也非常差，隨時都沒有人，並且大門一直關着的，出入衹有走後門。

衞生不是每日打掃，用品用光後也沒有主動補充。房間隔音差，晚上經常被樑王大道上經過的大車吵醒。窗簾隔光效果很差，配合上對面那個酒店的霓虹燈，可以稱得上亮瞎你狗眼，凌晨3點硬生生整出已經天亮的效果

#負評#對鄰近店舖，梳洗用品失望；打扫卫生真的不太行，床单不太干净，不知道是没换洗还是换洗的就是不干净。卫生间都还有烟头。民宿环境确实不错，但是卫生水平有点拖后腿。

定酒店之前看了他家的評論，客觀地再評價一些供大家參考。第一，有人説晚上睡覺會比較吵，因為房子在馬路邊，晚上車過的話肯定會有，把窗户關上就好。民宿在的位置也不算城中心，夜裡其實也沒多少車過。第二，我們住的榻榻米親子房，馬桶蓄水聲音真的有點吵，其次電視機是壞的，再次花灑有點漏水，導致淋浴間一直濕噠噠。這家環境其實真挺好的，如果能把這些問題修繕一下會更受歡迎。第三，附近沒啥吃的，但是他家還經營着飯店，來的話可以試試看，要買些小東西的話過馬路過去有家小超市，別的需要啥的話點外賣吧。
