第一次入住這家酒店，感受很不錯，店主一家很熱情，很親切，院子裏有停車位，不用擔心停車問題，8樓的房間，能看到撫仙湖，房間簡潔乾淨，重點要説一下，他家的晚餐，雖然是家常菜，但是很好吃，銅鍋魚很鮮美，我喝了四五碗湯，太好喝啦，洋芋燜飯也不錯，怕我們不夠吃，還給我們加菜，好實在的一家人呀，早餐吃的是雜醬米線加雞蛋，管飽~總體説來不錯，衹是酒店的位置靠裏，第一次來的得讓店家出來接一下，離撫仙湖很近，幾分鐘就到湖邊，適合帶小孩出來玩

住了兩天，老闆很熱情，餐食也可以，就是早餐衹有米線，加個雞蛋會更好。離湖很近，步行到達，適合帶娃耍沙。

房間比較大，床品全棉的非常舒服。住在7樓，從窗就可以看到撫仙湖的全景了。非常難得！老闆非常熱情，酒店還送了早飯和午飯味道很好。來祿充景區三次了，這次的最滿意。住過包吃包住的，但是房間裏面非常一般沒有空調，體驗很差。也住過羅密西岸，房間裏面還可以就是房間比較小，也沒有飯吃，性價比不高。以後還是要住在金水這裏。

這是901號房看到的日出🌅，手機直接拍的，無濾鏡調色，本來沒有抱太大希望，沒想到日出真的好正！視野超級開闊！
唯一有一點，就是到了景區大門口就要給老闆打電話，他們會有人來帶路。因為酒店不在臨街，不太好找。酒店在第二排，還有個小院子可以免費停車，鬧中取靜，很愜意。對了，早餐和晚餐全包，也是意外之喜！

衞生設施一般般，衞生紙一點點，都不夠用，餐巾紙也沒有，杯子也沒有，要問老闆要的，網絡也沒有，不過窗外的風景還是挺不錯的。早晚餐衹有30分鐘。誒呦喂……

比我想象的好的多 房間大 衞生條件好 有自己的停車場離筆架山走路5分鐘 門口即海灘 唯一坑貨的高德導航 專門導難走的小路 建議後面的人特別是從南邊沿湖順時針來的 增加一個途中點 雲南省農村信用社（祿充分社）
