I booked the waterview room and was so pleased with the size and peacefulness of the room. Upon arriving I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist who guided me and my car to the room. This resort is different than a hotel in that you have separate houses throughout the property. Each house has two rooms, upper and lower. My room was an upper one with an expansive deck on a multi tiered water feature. Upon arrival you could hear the sound of frogs, crickets, and water flowing with the smell of flowers fragrant. From the outside the houses were whimsical in design, a lot of thought went into the design inside and out. The woodwork was beautiful mahogany in intricate designs. Upon entering through the double glass sliding doors the entire corner of the room was windows that provided the most beautiful sunrises over the hills and jungles. The bathroom had a two person sunken tub by the window, and an oversized shower. There was a desk, a large counter, and closet. All lights could be controlled from your bedside at night. Each morning I was there I worked and the staff brought me coffee and breakfast at no charge to my room. Upon arrival I also ordered room service for dinner and ate at the restaurant one evening. Every meal was amazing, and very affordable, not like getting room service in the states. A few areas for improvement would be that the internet was shut off each night and not turned on until 6:30am, making it hard to work as well as using a lot of data on my phone when the internet would turn off. A second area of concern was the lack of ease in connecting with the front desk unless you contacted them through Whats App or Instagram. Multiple times I went to the front desk and would not be able to find help, as well as the restaurant. I do understand that due to covid they are very short staffed and the hotel is not full to have everything fully operational. The grounds are wonderful but showing lots of age. I can imagine how beautiful if was when new and how with some work it can be brought back to it’s original glory. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I appreciated so much the attention to bringing food, and even coming back to wine chilled in the evening. Upon going back to Chiang Rai I would for sure recommend this place as a sanctuary to relax. If you are wanting a place to be able to walk around the city this place is not for you as it is out of town about 15 minutes. It is an easy car drive most places.

Amphoe Mueang Chiang Rai
The price of this hotel is too high! It is not far from Lan, Black Temple, and the city center. During the stay, except for our 3 Chinese, all foreigners. The bed in the room was super big and very comfortable. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is like living in a garden, very close to the swimming pool, and the water quality is very clean. The restaurant only has breakfast, no dinner. It's only 360rmb per night, it's really delicious!

The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, and the clothes are okay. The shelf is a lot of places to put things, the bathroom is strong, and there is a sink. The air conditioner is cool, but the sound of walking and closing the next room is a bit loud. The water flows into the water pipe, which is a bit loud. There are few parking spaces under the hotel, which is a bit difficult to park. Overall, okay, the price is very good, recommend to go to sleep alone or with friends and girlfriends, the cage is okay.

We stayed for 6 nights as a couple in the Hello Kitty room. The room was well decorated with a big comfy bed and clean towels and sheets daily. Breakfast is delivered to your room and the reception team helped us where possible with queries. It's only about a 10 minute moped drive to town, we hired ours from ”Nice Rental” in town and had a brand new bike and no problems at all.

The staff are so friendly and the rooms are clean and smells amazing 🤩 the location is okay if you have a motorbike. The breakfast needs more variety but the quality of the served breakfast was perfect and everything was fresh. Just one point thing i believe it will help more is that the location pin has to be updated because it was not very accurate and it is around 300 meters aprox.

I arrived late at night at the bus station and took only a short ride (if I remember correctly less than 7 minutes) to the hotel. Got up to the room and enjoyed the chilling breeze of Chiang Rai (you can conveniently let the air in without letting the bugs in from their windows). The staffs were at the reception, ready to assist, when I came down to buy a toothpaste. Got a good night sleep, woke up, and ready to run with my business in town. I would recommend the hotel to those who want to save money and simply want a good, convenient sleep.
