It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the US so far. Good for the price and the staff are super nice and helpful. I liked the free drink vouchers and the bar food too. I’d definitely stay here again if I travel to Chicago again.

Enrique was terrific! He was the first person we saw and was very friendly, professional and helpful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet with high ceilings which made the rooms feel more spacious. . The lounge area is huge with a variety of comfortable seating. If you get complimentary drink vouchers, use them early though as the small bar closes at 830! Would definitely stay here again and hope Enrique is there to welcome us! He really helped make our stay more enjoyable!

Excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff went beyond for us. Unfortunately, my wife fell in the street about a block away from the hotel. One of the staff saw her fall. Came to help immediately, got us transportation to the hospital, let us keep our room well into the afternoon until my wife was taken care of Could not have been more wonderful. And other than that, the stay was excellent the the hotel was all we could ask for. Charming. Highly recommend it.

在芝加哥市中心，交通非常方便。前兩條街就是市政大樓。周圍都是高樓大廈，亞當街東頭就是藝術博物館，千禧公園等景點都在附近。吃東西很方便。坐藍線直達機場。酒店設施比較簡陋又舊裝修。有免費WiFi。

Very clean. Very kind and attentive front desk staff who really went the extra mile to be helpful. The restaurant/bar was very lightly staffed, making grab-to-go breakfast offerings quite slow to access. It is more quick and more yummy to go to the fancy bakery/coffee shop directly across the street. Plus, there is a Dunkin a half block away, too. As a plus, there is fruit-infused water and coffee available most of the time in the lobby and water bottles are complimentary, handed out by front desk staff. Room and lobby were very clean. Historic hotel, so our room & bathroom was quite roomy.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in downtown Chicago period. The rooms were tasteful, didn’t have that old hotel feel. Everything was above standard - will certainly be back
