Warwick Allerton Chicago
"Room had items on the floor (M&M, quarter, bead) so the cleanliness was questionable. There were also stains on the floor. No microwave in the room. Gym’s air conditioner was not adjustable and the temperature was set around 72 Fahrenheit, causing my wife to have heat exhaustion. Would not recommend this place. Valet service was nice and attentive; car was ready soon after calling ahead for it."
Swissotel Chicago
"The room was super clean, we had a great view . Definitely enjoyed the stay."

InterContinental Hotels CHICAGO MAGNIFICENT MILE by IHG
"Great location and overall a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was generally polite. However, despite paying extra for a larger room, we were initially given a smaller room and only noticed it after entering. To their credit, they later corrected the mistake, but it was still surprising. Also, breakfast was unexpectedly modest and rather unpretentious for a hotel of this level. Another disappointing experience happened during check-out: I paid a tip for luggage assistance, but after saying he would come, the staff member disappeared and I ended up carrying/loading the luggage myself. Overall a good hotel, but there were some service inconsistencies that did not match expectations."
The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago
"The sanitation and environment are very good! Very close to Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier! Sitting in the room, you can watch the fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday! The disadvantages are that the breakfast in the hotel is not very delicious, and the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, which affects the rest at night."
Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago
"Very good!"
Four Seasons Chicago
"Except the room is a little small, it is very comfortable"
Waldorf Astoria Chicago
"I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. First of all, the hotel room is very comfortable, the bed is neat and clean, and it provides me with a good sleeping environment. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mini bar, etc., which met all my daily needs. The hotel's restaurant is also great, providing a wide variety of food options, allowing me to enjoy delicious dining services during my stay. More importantly, the hotel's staff have a very good service attitude, are enthusiastic and considerate, and solved various problems I encountered. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel."
The Palmer House Hilton
"This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures). I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago"
Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago
"I booked this hotel out of convenience of location to the C2E2 expo. I paid A L O T. PROS:The front desk were hepful & friendly. Check out was Noon, which is later than most. I did like the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion. The room was clean but... CONS: the sheets & bedspread were so thin. It felt & sounded like we were sleeping on newspapers. I could hear every other room using their sink, tub, or toilet. I get the hotel charges more during conventions/shows, but other than location (in my instance) it IS NOT worth $300+ per night"
Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk
"It's my first time staying in Sheraton Riverwalk Chicago and the experience was awesome! View was good, everything was convenient and it's highly recommended for everyone to stay there 🥰🥰"
Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel
Experience an upscale, all-suite stay at this airport hotel, featuring spacious accommodations, an indoor pool, on-site dining, and a convenient, complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle service.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile
"As a person with disabilities I for the life of me couldn’t understand why my room felt like 40 year walk through the dessert- the room was noisy with external distractions- the access was somewhat laborious where you enter from the street but had to take another elevator to reception- it also became so busy during my short stay there was only one functional bank of elevators with one also breaking down - all in all I felt exceptionally put out but endured the chaos"
The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago
"Not as good as expected. Didn’t seem the Front desk co-ordinate with guests rooms available to move in as promised, long hours delay in getting rooms ready for us."
