Great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are all suites, and a nice size.

From our arrival to check out the stay was great. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean and very comfortable. A fantastic value and we will be back.

The hotel was very nice, although for the amount of money that you pay you should either have complementary parking for guests or breakfast.

This place was awesome for my NYE stay, my only complaint was the expensive parking options and some dust/cobwebs in the corners of the windows in the room that gave my sinuses some trouble..
Other then that excellent place, will stay again!

All staff were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay very memorable. The hotel is classy and very clean but minor items showing their age. Would stay again tomorrow if we could!

I enjoyed my stay at The Omni Chicago. The staff was very friendly, helpful, & professional throughout our stay. The hotel room felt a little dated, but it was clean. During our 1st few days, service requests were a little slow, which required me to have to call multiple times for the same request. On our last few days, it was much better & faster. Overall, I would stay again.

The room was nice, but wasn’t clean enough for my liking. Could’ve vacuumed, and cleaned the bathroom. Looked like housekeeping half made the bed and maybe emptied the garbage before my check in. Room was very dim lamps only.
